"Diatone Taycan The Best Cinewhoop?" After considering all available reviews: Without doubt.
@aurelhollowgram4 жыл бұрын
Hello, I bought it, I could not have the version "6s" to run it in 4s as you do, but hey, in short, for me, it's really the best in front of the others, apart. I have tested almost all of them, however, and this one is super stable and for cinematics, it's just great. (and solid and easier to maintain ..) and one day I would pass it in "dji fpv". I haven't had the version with the "vtx" "tbs", but the diatone works well and I think it's the same result. another thing: I had a 45 ° usb that goes up and not down like you, and also it's not in type "C" but normal. there were also antenna tubes, and "almost" everything you need even more !. also, I found that the propellers make a lot of noise too because I took several different sets, and I can confirm that the best for this model are the "Azure power" "3050" they are less noisy, and touch downright the "ducts" it takes a few turns of the propellers so that they do not touch more, but we can say that there must be almost nothing between the "ring" and the propeller ", it touches! and therefore a" hover point "by 9 point less! so since they are closer, there must be an additional push effect for sure! (info interesting.)

What's your opinion of the $110 cinewhoop build Albert put together and how would that compare to the Taycan?

I really like the taycan frame. I did a couple of projects using an iFlight Megabee and was REALLY annoyed when I broke a duct after a fairly innocent crash. The Taycan (and the Bumblebee for that matter) have a way more durable frame that make these cinewhoops like actual tanks!

I bought one of these frames and a tyro79 kit for a friend and built him a cinewhoop with those. Building the frame was ok but I didn't care for their use of tiny nylon spacers to make everything match up. It felt like they used parts from another 3" diatone Frame to come up with this design. The resulting cinewhoop was fine and cheap overall. The frame was more expensive than the tyro79 entire drone though. It flew fine but had some tuning issues. Once it got moving fast certain manuvers would do what you described, a rather violent washout. It probably felt violent because it's heavy, so a lot of sudden power was needed to regain control. Thanks for the review. And I really like your 6s motor idea

Quick question for any quadcopter expert. After a few years hiatus i decided to get back into quads. In my opinion Diatone always made great products and great bang for buck. As such, i bought new Taycon 6s without any research or due diligence. Very disappointed with Diatone now. Connecting peripherals, sensors, rxs, etc used to be easy. Why do you suppose Diatone added an F411 flight controller if not to cut cost? Two (2) UART on a "cinedrone"? Am i missing something here? Appreciate some insight and commentary....

I have found the Ah battery monitor to be quite accurate on my Diatone GTR more or less mimics what I put into the Lipos after flight. looks like its working well on this model too. looking forward to receiving my 3' Taycan. 6s Power suite. Great video Andy Thanks!
@avronaut4 жыл бұрын
Why should the 6S version with 4S be quieter than the 4S version with 4S? Since the two versions use the same props, they will have to have the same RPM exaxt at the same weight, e.g. to to float. Ergo they will also produce the same noise.
@AndyRCchannel4 жыл бұрын
when you fly fpv its easy to give it more throttle than is needed to give the same result. the volume isnt specific to the hover but more the flight in general
@avronaut4 жыл бұрын
@@AndyRCchannel 😁I expected that kind of answer 😉 This can also be achieved by limiting the power with a dual rate on the transmitter or with flight conditions in Betaflight. It is therefore unnecessary to buy the 6S version instead of the 4S. The real advantage of the 6S version is that it has stronger ESCs and of course more power. But it is also more expensive.

I have had the analog 4s version for a while. Interestingly my ducts are 3D printed and it has a Mamba VTX. I have actually never been able to fly it because ever since the first attempt to fly it, any time it bumps anything, like the ground when trying to take off, the FC freezes completely. I checked black box logs and there is a huge voltage spike that freezes the FC. I put a 1000uF capacitor on there to help, but it did not change anything. Do you are anybody else have an idea of what might be wrong?
