Thanks mate 👍 they do look the part these reels , even better matched up as a set of 3 on a pod or buzz bars and bank sticks , very versatile as they are for feeder fishing 🎣 but can be used in carp fishing too with the alarms

Is the bail arm supposed to be operated manually? I.e. once you cast in then you have to flip it down manually?

£300+ each for a "Feeder" reel ? But they proably do just as good as Carp Reels.

Deffo not cheap 😂 had to sell me house to buy these haha nah your right , some nice mini pits out there , like the shimano 5500 , but fancied a change mate , my plan with these is to do a bit of everything with them , bit of feeder & float fishing , on different venues , also gonna test them on the bigger lakes too , for the specimens , see what they made of . Sexy reel tho 😍

@jenkospecimenhunter2199 I've also downsized all my gear from 12ft to 9ft rods, but I was GIVEN 2 14000xtd so I've loaded em on, actually balances good.

That's it mate , good choice on downsizing your gear , deffo more user freindly on the smaller water , and that's all you need really , 9ft rod is great size to go with your xtd's , them xtd's are work horses , they just never fail , iv got few of them here , happy hunting and tight lines , hope you bag few good ones over winter
