Thanks for the play through! My wife and I just played it and it was pretty fun. Two notes though, according to the rule book: 1) The 0 bounty starter criminals are added back to the rest before picking and shuffling, meaning you could possibly have multiple 0 bounty cards per planet in play. 2) Vicious is supposed to be one of the LAST THREE cards, which means you would take the last two cards and shuffle them with Vicious, not the last three cards.

Thanks again, guys. Very helpful. I was choosing between two. And this one seemed more preferable. I would have both if I have a chance but needed something to start. We did make a mistake in the how to play as pointed out by Darius B. In the Rulebook it states that Edward's ability can only be used on the planet he is on meaning it can't be used on the Bebop. When we are playing the game and a players is controlling Edward we will be following the rule as stated in the rulebook. For games when Edward is not a PC we will play as shown in the video as it only helps speed up the game by being able to generate an extra investigation on the Bebop. Thanks to Tyndan for pointing out two minor setup errors. With regards to the extra 0 cost criminals you mix them in with the remaining criminals in the deck and for Vicious he is shuffled as one of the last 3 cards in the deck not with the last 3 cards in the deck meaning you take the last two criminal cards in the deck and shuffle him in with those.

hey was looking for an answer. After beating a criminal, you reveal two cards from the big shot deck. If both cards are for occupied planets and not the planet you just cleared, do you continue to draw cards to fill the planet or do you leave the planet open for now?

I leave it open, I think that's what's implied. I wish it had been made explicit, it was one of the only questions I had from the otherwise good rule book!

I thought in this case Ed would have to be on the planet with you to use his first ability, because the rules state you have to use the investigation immediatley? Thats where the move npc cards come into play.

We double checked the rulebook and it does say what planet Ed is on so you are correct we played that incorrectly. All of the other abilities can be used on the planet. We use the move player cards to bring characters to us to use their abilities on planets so as not to spend fuel on character movement. The rule about the planets does make sense but it does slow down the game not sure how we will play it next time. We will make a note on a pinned comment. Thanks for pointing that out.
