Definitely agree with others I have seen in the comments. I’d love more Lydia & Tom content, she brings a really refreshing feel/take to the channel. The Angory Tom channel is at it’s best when it’s a mix of manic Tom & Simon clusterfucks *ahem* videos, Tom & Lydia horror, and calm(er) solo playthroughs. That’s my opinion anyhow :) The positive aren’t limited to just Tom’s channel either. The intake of new(ish) content producers and artistic talent has been a pleasant change across the network. From Lydia, Bouphe et al. appearances in content that isn’t just TTT/GTA, to Joe’s asset/branding contributions, Yogs output is finally leaving its comfort zone and revising. To be honest, I feel Tom’s channel isn’t really one that’s been suffering this issue (becoming stale). The older channels from Yogs early days have been the big offenders. EDIT: Just realised how douchey/snobby the comment sounds using “et al.” vs. “and others”. Sorry about that guys. I have been writing up a fuck ton of references recently and it seems to have bled in :D

Agreed. I don't think stagnating is a purposeful thing, though. I think the issue is that when you do the same thing (or similar things) with the same people over and over, you fall into predictable patterns and such. That's why I still feel like the best content on their channels are bigger vids with more people. That way they can play off each other and have different dynamics to the norm. For example, if you get Lewis, Ducan, and Sjin/Simon together doing something you pretty much know what to expect, no matter what game it is. They have a well-established dynamic. But I imagine it's difficult for them to mix things up TOO much because of schedules and personal tastes in games. Also, call me sexist, but it's always nice to see some ladies in the videos because I think most of the guys in the Yogs have been working together for so long they've adopted many similarities to one another. The women always seem to stand out as being the most different. I don't know if it's because they're new, because they're women, or because I'm sexist and my interest stems from another source. And maybe Rythian, if only because he seems more interested in the actual games than fucking around. He makes a good straight man :P

@@weezact7 I agree entirely, I don't think it's necessarily their fault at all. However, they have allowed it to become the status quo whether through intention or ignorance. Thusit's positive to see that they seem to have noticed and began doing something about it. I also agree re duration of existence leading to predictability. Now, as for whether it's sexist or not that you feel when women are brought in to the mix in Yogs content they make the bigger better improvements. In my opinion, no it's not. Yes, you jokingly reference that maybe it's just because you're a man but I like to think as a gender we are better than the tired old stereotypes that still exist (men only think with their dicks). You made rational reasonings for your opinion *shrug*. Only you can know your own mind. Correlation does not always equal causation, yes, but there is a definite correlation. When women are brought in to Yogs content (whether it's Lydia, Bouphe, Radders or anyone else) the content generally seems to have more of a spark. We cannot ignore that women bring not just diversity in gender but also different life experiences. Maybe that different viewpoint, experience and personality are the cause. Personally the chance it's down to sexual attraction instead of intellectual/social liking is near zero. I'm a gay man who has zero sexual interest in women, been there, experienced that, not a fan. I'm also aware of the research in to how attractiveness alters treatment of people and try to combat that internal bias. I can recognise the, socially decided, aspects of beauty in women (whether physical, social or intellectual) but it certainly doesn't colour/change my view of, or interaction with, women. Similarly, if I personally find a man attractive/notice he fits the social norm of beauty, it doesn't lessen or increase: How entertaining I find him. Whether I feel he's positive to a social situation. Whether he's likeable to me, or not. I doubt, and hope, there's much of a difference among straight men. Especially those men who are not just aware of the possibility of sexism but are also careful to acknowledge it's potential to harm, accidentally or intentionally. Of course this is just my opinion. Maybe I'm talking out of my arse *shrug*. I'm open to eduction and conversation with people whose opinions differ. To me though, this is still a positive situation. Whatever the reasoning, I'm glad Yogs are finally adjusting and developing.

i'm pretty sure, but not certain, that the X's on the windows mark to the emergency services that this house has been evacuated, they did this a couple years back when my city was half underwater from heavy flooding, all the houses in the affected areas had X's on the upper floor windows showing that the residents had been evacuated (the water rose completely over the ground floor).

Here's my guess (based on what we know) The husband doesn't want to admit his recent attempts at screenwriting (or at least his pet project) are failing. He's feeling super guilty not only that he can't provide for the family, but that his wife quit her career for him and the daughter (or maybe he was jealous of her career and pressured her to quit). I think the main thing, though, is the child's medical expenses. I don't think anyone intentionally killed her. I think the dad just couldn't afford to keep paying them and it lead to her dying, either from the sickness or from some cheap, hack treatment. That's why there's blood on his hands when he goes to wash up. He feels like it's his fault the child died because he couldn't afford to get her proper and/or continued treatment.
