I just got into Munchkin which seems similar to this. Honestly I'm interested in these types of card games!

There is some similarity in that you can try to mess up your opponents by taking a die they need or giving them a beer on a black hazard die. The difference is you can only do those things on your turn, which is a little less chaotic than Munchkin where you can play card to mess up opponents whenever. Some other games you should check out are Coup and Citadels.
