The problem is that 1 heli or jet per team doesn’t make any sense.. comparing it to when the game launched they should increase air vehicles

They should make it like the older games where many vehicles of the same type spawn like 2 jets per team 3 heli 1 scout 1 attack 1 trans and in ground vehicles 1 mbt 1 AA 1 Lav. The point is It doesn’t make sense to choose a ram over a mbt they have different weights on battle. And this worked on every bf before where you could have as many vehicles and there was no problem with it.

My god I love the update to the nightbird guns and I've been loving using it but there's a problem now... every single air vehicle I come across has lock on missiles and it's just boring because they can just zigzag all over the place letting the game do all of the work for them and I can only get them down to about half hp before they fire that 3rd missile. Lock on missiles on aircraft are just boring I wish they weren't a thing at all. But failing that the nightbird needs an ECM jammer please DICE

Hey! Ive been flying the attack helis last few days, the damage is absolut shit. One ATG missile and 10 rockets on a jeep, took one more rocket to take it out. Tried it the day of the last patch and then it was great after the buff in damage, but like i said the last few days its completely broken. Any one here has a answer? And those flares. They reload flares way way too fast. 3 waves of flares and 10 sec reload time is braindead ! And unlimited ammount - should be go back to base and reload / restock as in prevous battlefields. Also doubt that little bird can fly like this in real world. As with many vehicles in this game overpowered !

Helicopters in general dont require much skill to do alot of kills in this game and other BF games. Mediocre players who farm in them and get on foot , often get crapped on and return to the helicopters to cope.

The difficulty is artificial due to DICE shit design of maps, bad performance, input lags, terrible setting options, no cover, ammount of vehicles/indirect fire weaponry and so on. On infantry in this game there is no tech or difficult weapon handleing, you literally just pull down mouse/stick and unload your shots downrange. At best you got crouch shooting and mckay grapple. The movement and shooting is extremely basic. Saying that helis were easy in previous games is straight up lie especially now that the games are quite old and only dedicated players remain, people know how to counter your heli.

The only issue I have with the game right now is it’s hacking. If I’m getting hacked within a heli, the game will indicate me ROUGHLY to where the player is, and the hacking is almost immediate to the point of no reaction. Basically anytime you get hacked you better use your flares or have amazing maneuverability or else you’re fucked. Unlike the rockets and controlled rockets you can see where the shot is coming from and can react to where it is, but with hacking you can’t tell at all. It needs a nerf. Also you can use your main weapons when hacked which is a terrible decision for when being hacked. You should only be unable to use gadgets but not your main weapon(s).

Greatest mistake in BF's history (yes, even worse than specialists): It allows 3rd person view to vehicle players. Dumbest mechanic ever. They have superior armament, armor and mobility. The downside to all these, should be reduced vision, just like IRL. Unless they fix this crap, vehicles will ALWAYS be imba (with jets at the top of the food chain)...

If you want realism, Battlefield is the wrong game for you. It's still an average shooter game. By your logic, removing the 3rd person would also mean, an Infantry soldier shouldn't be able to see how many bullets he still got. Jets are literally an useless feature in 2042. By picking one, you hurt your own team more than the enemy team. The reason they exist is because they look so good in trailers. I have the feeling you have never used vehicles or you are just to lazy to learn how to use them.
