I just watched an interview with Bill at 87 years old. He's still aware of everything and still has all of his faculties. He's one of the more well spoken people that ive heard.

Amazing how much better off you are when you can afford private health care.

@@jacobmassey3897 and how much better you are if you take care of yourself . He wasn't a drug user like the other Stones.

02:05 Dick to Bill Wyman: "You're burning the filter" (cigarette) Bill: "No I'm not"😎 Dick: 👀

Bill did put out some pretty good solo work. I give Dick credit for not pushing the Altamont issue any further.

“Good old Monkey Grip Glue”! Yeah, amazing that the tragedy in December 1969 was just 2.5 years ago at the time of this interview.

Jagger once said if I'm still doing rock n roll at 50, somebody please shoot me. Well he's now 30 years past that.

Bill Wyman has a very dubious history. Mandy Smith was 13 when he first started going out with (grooming) her and he was 47.

Pretty much all rock stars have very dubious histories

It was truly insane on his part. It’s incredible it’s not brought up more, especially considering it wasn’t that long ago in the grand scheme of things.

In an even more bizarre turn of events, his son Stephen married Patsy Smith, the 46-year-old mother of Bill's ex-wife Mandy Smith. Stephen was only 30 years old. And that pairing made Bill become the father-in-law of his ex-mother-in-law as well as the stepgrandfather of his former wife…weirdness runs in the genetics apparently.

Funny how he asked Bill how he'd want to be 50 doing this

Another Lame interview by Cavett not having a clue about the person or people around whose hes interviewing but Hey what year did you leave school....Good on Bill tlking about Police Brutality but cavett changes to Altamont...a total jerk...

Dick Cavett was among the hippest network TV guys of his era, and most wouldn’t have been allowed in the room, let alone granted a 1:1 interview. I agree, I wished for a different line of conversation, but you and I are watching this with a flipping half century of hindsight, dude. The release of the Gimme Shelter” film was still fresh in the public mind at this moment, so it’s not at all out of line for Mr. Cavett to bring up Altamont.

BORING! No one cared what the the non-writing, non-singing bass player thought.

He was still an official member of the Stones. If you don't like this interview then don't watch it. Simple really.

Lots of Stones fans do. So keep your problems to yourself dude.)))))
