They were so cool back in the day. Still are actually. Especially Karen and Siobhan. Sarah's not too shabby either.

Irish girls are usually more attractive than English girls. I'm English and I notice it when I visit Ireland.

How can they be underrated when they are the all-female group with the largest number of singles worldwide in the history of pop music?

They are so fashion until today. Even Madonna copied some of their outfits.

I thought I recognized (in a different video) a pair of tight black cycling shorts with belt that siobhan was wearing, madonna wore years later on the blond ambition tour for keep it together.

They were so unlike any Girl Group that Dick Clark interviewed and had on The Show. Where The Ronettes and Shangri-Las were Family and the others came out of Motown & The Brill Building, Keren Woodward & Sarah Dallin were friends in school then met Siobhan Fahey (pronounced Shevon) of Irish Background at College. They didn't dress alike and you never saw them in Gowns like The Supremes and En Vogue. In The UK they are Rock Royalty to the point that Melanie Brown (Mel B) The Spice Girls idolized them. They to many kicked the door open for every Girlband in The UK many of which never made it on US Soil. The All Saints, Sugababes, Misteeq, Eternal, and Girls Aloud. When they talked about Venus, it was on the recommendation of Pete Waterman who is a Legend on UK Soil that Simon Cowell made his bones with when he was starting out. The biggest irony is that they didn't want to release Venus but it became their biggest US Hit. Girls Aloud went through the same thign, not liking Love Machine (Not The Miracles Song), but it goes to Number One, and then they had to fight to get The Promise released and it also goes to Number One.

I'm sure it wasn't their next song. "I Heard a Rumor" is from the album "Wow" and it came out in 1987 this from 1986 and they were on this show singing songs from the "True Confessions" album.

LOL yea it must have been. Honestly i love how it looks on her. It's a bit too dark and on the dramatic side, but she wears it well.

Dick Clark, one of the worst interviewers ever. I do appreciate some of the interviews, though. Up close with Keren is a treat, then and now.
