I love listening to the wisdom of the elders. Young black kids should be listening to people like this instead of lil wayne and 2chains.

That was very insightful. His wisdom is an inspiration for me and probably for all of us. Thanks Dick Gregory for all you've done for the betterment of mankind.

He who has ear to hear, let him hear. If you feel he's a relic from the 60's well let him be as he has survived the passage of time. There are some things in life that your eyes see that you do not give detailed account. That's called wisdom. We thank God for his life. And with Brotherly love, I say PEACE be upon you.

You are correct about the beloved Steve Cokely's (RIP) statement concerning Bro. Dick as a Boulee. Each one is sent to a certain black group, be it the conscious community, the music industry, the military etc., we have been thoroughly infiltrated and saturated with treasonous characters who speak truth (to a degree) and gain the trust of many. The powers that be always send two- one to incite and one to cause peace - both are on the same payroll from the same source.

Nice Vid! Im a big fan of the wisdom that God gave him. If we all had similar knowledge this world would be different. The end is near folks. If you believe in a God you better start praying to him now!;) Blessings all and God is love!

LOVE is the strongest force in America; it's independent of color. These kids are a reflection of their parents; or a lack there of.

So some put their trust in guns some in the universal God, at the same time neither trust in the themselves. That's because we've all deceived to believe, never knowing anything always searching. I know none that can lead, they are all blind. Therefore I listen to the voice of enlightenment that guides me daily it's inherent in each of us. I'm not lost afraid nor confused I'm present always, a reflection of light that shall never be darkened I'm a star lighting the path of truth following the voice of conscience that can not lie. I am that I am!

All I have to say is: America is more divided than ever, even though racism is LESS prevalent than ever. people are being self segregated online. And, that saddens me.

I loved it when the female said alright ri cut off Dick Gregory & he responded that he wasn't through. This man is saying something besides a bunch of nonsense & propaganda. She had some nerve.

First thing people need to do is learn history. It boggles my mind that a man like Frederick Douglass was smart enough to read the Constitution, Federalist Papers and the proposed ideas as far as slavery, the 4/5 clause, etc and deduce that this country was founded on pure freedom, yet needed work and time to change the course of status quo. Yet, we are constantly told by supposed scholars of how racist the founders were. Booker T., Douglass... read, people!

Dick Gregory claims if you mix Skittles with iced tea, it makes a drug more powerful than crack. See the video "Dick Gregory Thinks Trayvon Martin was HIGH."

Zimmerman got his courage to follow Trayvon on foot from the gun he carried. Fearful people should not be allowed to carry deadly weapons. They should have mace or a stun gun at the most, Zimmerman got his gun back, I wonder who's boy will be next. ;(

Black folk are the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, God's chosen. We are the ONLY people in the world with this type of hair and deep dark Earth colors ... it is because we are supposed to be recognized as such around the world. The Chosen of God.

Sorry BooBoo0818. You must get it to get it. Which means, you must have certain level of intelligence for you to understand what Papa Gregory talks about nowadays. With this kind of conversation, he's talking to the current and future generations. Example: Jesus Christ spoke in parables. The Disciples at times would not understand. Just consider yourself as being in the Disciples' shoes.
