I mean, if they're actually going to take both characters at their strongest, including "weapons, armors and skills" as the quote goes, Yu should have an Omnipotent Orb, Izanagi no Okami, maybe a persona like Arahabaki which, after applying skill cards, can literally be immune to all attacks and *_also_* have the Break skills, as well as Light, Dark and Almighty skills... I mean, how do you even *_touch_* Yu? Unless you're Margaret, who in the Hell can touch that? JoJo doesn't have Megidolaon, does he?

I still think jotaro can beat yu, star platinum's punches are faster than light and can stop time. Yu has to switch between personas to use their abilities by breaking the arcana cards which takes time, and jotaro can stop time and ora faster than light. Also star platinum's punches are hard enough to put hole in a mans skull, that power coming at you faster than light is too op.

Vibranium absorbs all forms of energy, and redirects it along its edges. Bashing with the flat of it wouldn't do anything but the edge would keep multiplying impact force... A lightsaber wouldn't do anything as the shield would absorb the heat, but vibranium has a limit. If you absorb to much energy it becomes unstable and explodes. You could kill black panther if you kept hitting him and didn't let him hit anything to release the energy.

speaking of "Unpopular" match ups, I want Maka Albarn vs Yoh Asakura, they are way more Themed than Ruby vs Maka. Yoh and Maka are both fighters that use sentient weapons, Maka has Soul and Yoh has Amidamaru. both have more spiritual powers with Maka using Soul Wavelength and Yoh using Shaman Powers, they both fight evil and both have the heavily spiritual side to their character. I mean its much more interesting than "oh both have scythes!"

Maka and Ruby have got the red-color scheme, and are badass scythe-wielding young girls who go to special fighting schools designed to fight off the evil darkness that lurks their lands. That's the theme behind Ruby vs Maka I can see why you want that matchup, but I prefer Ruby vs Maka. There's just something about Ruby & Maka that just makes them more comparable and debateable in terms of power.

Lucy Elfen Lied Red destroys Ash with ease. Segway that to Mewtwo vs Blaclwargreymon and BWG wins with no effort. He's stronger than WGM and Digimon as a whole is FAR stronger than any Pokémon can be. And that's from a diehard Pokémon fan. Now Ruby vs Maka. I've said this before and will not stop: no RWBY character is remotely close. Especially the cinnamon roll Ruby. We don't even know what all her eyeball lightshow does. Does it effect only evil as she perceives or evil in general. Grimm only or any evil beings and for how long? Does she need to see death to do it or can she train herself to use it? These things need answers to have it be used or it's just speculation. I love the idea but not yet
