He got class, so well disciplined, knows how to sell the fights and yet humble and grounded. Truly the greatest of all time. Even with out boxing Ali could make a name for himself and people would still love to have him around but with boxing he changed the world as we know it. Truly a global icon.

Ali had the charm and charisma to back up everything he said. It’s fucking mind-numbing to see somebody of his stature move like a featherweight, and throws straights like a heavyweight; his most iconic phrase about bees and butterflies wasn’t an exaggeration in the slightest.

I was vacationing Pennsylvania near Ali's camp last year and I always wanted to see it, so my son's and I took the drive out there to check it out. What a great experience! Turned out that there were a couple guys there, one of them was one of the owners of the Camp. He and a few others purchased & saved it as it was sitting basically abandoned with potential to slowly decay and rot away. At time of our visit he said they were just getting ready to open it up for visitors, such as myself, interested in seeing it as well as other boxers and/or children events ...like Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts... to come spend time there...etc. But anyway he gave my boys and I a tour of the grounds including this main training room we see here on video. They did a wonderful job of preserving everything pretty much as it was or used to be... or at least the best they could. There are numerous very cool, interesting little extras or surprises. The original huge wooden table that was in the cabin where Ali and everyone would gather to eat is still there. I got to take a Ali's seat at the table. Ali's original personal cabin still in same spot. Huge Boulders of various sizes (some of them the size of small washing machine, others the size of a small elephant) are all around the camp and along part of the jogging Trail, with the actual original hand-painted names by Muhammad's father, (who was a well-known painter in Louisville) his father painted the names of many legendary boxers of Ali's time on each one of these Boulders sort of it as a respectful nod and honor from Ali to the other greats of boxing. They also have a photo of Elvis & Ali together hanging on the wall to honor their friendship. It was hanging on wall approximately in the location of where we see Muhammad and Dick Cavett standing by the punching speed bag here in video. Interestingly enough I met Rahaman Ali, Muhammads Brother, a few years back and he was talking about some of the great icons that Muhammad knew and he (Rahaman) actually mentioned Elvis also. He spoke about what a great guy Elvis was and how much he & his brother Muhammad respected Elvis. ... The things you learn. Oh and there's also a another original cabin on site that they restored and turned into a a place that honored Ali's spiritual philosophies and journey. When walk inside there's a nice short, thoughtful video playing and it's a place where anyone visiting that wants to, can sit and relax, pray, meditate... whatever. Just like Muhammad himself did at times there. Recommend anyone ever traveling near that area to take the drive to check it out if interested in Ali
