The concept of streching comes from english and means to stretch a part of the body. When we do streching, normaly we strech each muscle or muscle group between 20 y 30 seconds. In addtion, streaching can also be dynamic. Moreover, streaching is efective to mantein and restore the movility of the muscle squeletol system and to .... The strengch exercises. the flexibility and streching are not sinonimous it cant be said the their are closely relates.
