I've also been in a situation where a 911 Operator did not take my concerns seriously. Around midnight, I was hiding with my sibling, under the impression that someone was stalking the perimeter of my house. Although it turned out to be a false alarm, the operator's responses and tone made it clear that she didn't think my situation was a concerning matter. That's the only time I've called 911 intentionally, so my impressions thus far don't give me a lot of confidence if something terrible were to actually happen.
@Ted_Sheckler2 жыл бұрын
since it was an admitted "false alarm", sounds like the dispatcher not taking you seriously was warranted, right? Maybe you were sending red flags that made the dispatcher not believe you.
