The problem with ghost freak inspiring real ghost, is that ghosts didn’t start turning invisible and flouting till the Victorian area, and most of our idea of a modern vampire comes from contemporary film and not folklore, also in the original Frankenstein novel he is built, not found also he was created by lighting and didn’t use it.

To be fair ben 10 took some liberties with translating them to aliens but the facts could twisted or thrown around by history like hat happened with the Dagon also in the novel lighting I don’t think lightning is actually brought up in the creation period the movies just made that up. Though the Ectonurites could have arrived in Victorian times and inspired the legends and even still the anur aliens could arrived before the movies were made and inspired the producers. Perhaps a producer created the lighting origin because they saw lightning around a transylian but didn’t really the effects to give Frankenstein lighting powers throughout the movie.

In the Ben 10 Game Protector of Earth, the Thep Khufan enemy stat/bio said They came to earth and possibly inspired horror movies in the 30s so yes I do believe they inspired classic monsters. Similar to how ordinary animals inspired our real life monsters/lore. Basking shark=Kelpie, morgawr, and other sea monsters. Barn Owl=Mothman, Owlman, Hopskinville goblin, Flatswood Monster, La Lechuza, etc. Moose calf=Dover demon, rake sightings. Bear on hind legs=Bigfoot Banshee=Fox screams etc.

for me the loboans would not necessarily have inspired the legend of the werewolves and that it is just a coincidence that there exist aliens resembling wolves by evolutionary convergence and that it is also bipedal but for others it must surely be the case

This is kinda how I headcannon the Segmentasapiens existence. I headcannon that in the same prison seen in "Prisoner 775" was kept a Segmentasapien, who at some point escaped. The inventor of Lego in this universe saw it, and got the idea to make it into the Lego bricks, which is why they're the same/VERY simmilar

7:52 there’s a few flaws in this theory in that the Transylians are based of the movie version of Frankenstein which strays heavily from the book version who is a considerably attractive long haired giant with just some really creepy eyes the only similarities I remember is that they both have a patchwork body. In the books Dr.Frankenstein never actually uses lighting or brings up how he makes it come to life in the first place. Though a Transylian could have been involved with creation of the film either as a writer or actor and something witnessed by a production crew member in their life that made change it and create this version of Frankenstein.

Funnily enough, there was no mention of electricity in the original Mary Shelley book as the primary means of creating the monster, which means it's much more likely that the universal studios style Frankenstein was likely inspired by a transylian rather than Shelley herself. Also, it's interesting how you never mentioned either planchakule or necrifriggians since the former resemble medieval depictions of demons in visage and gremlins of the world war machines in personality and the latter fulfills the intangibility and chill up your spine associated with ghosts. (Also they are kinda mothman but cool mint flavored, though they lack the red eyes)

I honestly wanted to see a couple of more aliens that look like they could have inspired mythological monsters. Like I wanted to see an alien that looked like a Chimera, Oni, Liches or even Angels and Demons (i imagine those two species in terms of powers would have access to like Light purer version of mana and for the demonic looking species a darker more corrupting form of mana as a power). I especially wanted to see a Lich inspired alien because Zombie like aliens could work as shown by one non canon alien named Braindrain who is an OS Ben 10,000 exclusive

This logic also applies to the Conductoids. The electronics on some places on Earth have 2 prong connections, like the head cables and tail of a Conductoid. The UK uses 3 prong connections, so maybe the UK electronics were designed later on, without considering Conductoid compatibility.

There's a Ben 10 game where Max says there was like a dimensional rift that allowed Anur Aliens to come to Earth in the past, which inspired alot of the folklore. I found out about this while looking into a rumour of a variant of Thep Khufan capable of Aerokinesis.

To my understanding, technically current consensus is that the Great Pyramids weren't actually built with slave labour, and that the workers on the pyramids were paid labourers. Not that there wasn't slavery in ancient egypt, there totally was, but just that construction of the great pyramids wasn't one of the tasks that slave labour was used for. Enjoyable video

It's a small detail, but better to mention it: The Egyptians didn't use slaves to build the pyramids, they used highly regarded and well paid architects and builders, as seen by their specific tombs (large catacombs for all of the people that worked there, with many of their perteneces proudly displayed). Romans used slaves and so they assumed that Egyptians did too, so the average Romans (that never went to Egypt) spread that lie.

Could be possible and another piece of evidence is when Ben, his cousin and Grandpa encounter first of Ghostfreaks minions, and thus giving Ben his first transformation into Blitzwolfer and mistook both the loboan and Ben's second form of Enaur aliens and reason why I say second because Ben's first form was Ghostfreak who turned out be a alien warlord and native to that planet anyways carrying on for werewolves and both Kai and her father thought both of them were involved with their folklore of werewolves which means must of inspired if they mistook that easily especially the howl thou all of them thought that was sus some reason when the Loboan wasn't even trying to pretend

Honestly now I wonder if there are any laws in the Ben 10 universe where alien species are forbidden from interacting with primitive species as to not exploit them. I can honestly see entire species conquered during the stone age and completely subjugated to their masters to be slaves forever never developing their own cultures and only knowing of the servitude. I don't think something like that would ever happen in the show or its lore but I can see something like that happening in real life.
