What Clinton can do is to link up with the tour guides in ghana and get them familiar with the place. It may serve as a standard stop for the tour groups. Same with the VIP and STC bus drivers. Usually all they need is their free plate of food and they will stop there and the passengers can relieve themselves and also buy food etc. just an idea 😊

This is a very bold step relocating outside Accra. And your location is massive, a great location indeed, lots of unique potential. But to be honest at the beginning of the video I thought it was a bad idea to leave Accra, but the walkthrough of your multi purpose facility was mind blowing. Congratulations brother!! Keep pushing.

Happy to see this interview of an amazing person and friend dear Clinton. Sometimes in life, it's not the country that does not work it can just be the location in that country. When I relocated from the Eastern Region to the Central Region (Cape Coast) that's when energy flowed so perfectly for me. Glad I gave Ghana three times for us to get fully acquainted. They will "evolve and suceed now. Thank you Clinton for the shout-out and for highlighting my business partner and Artist of C&K Community Art Studio Kwame Atamdzi, he truly is an amazing artist.. Thank you for doing this Dela🌹

It's good he has relocated,it's not necessary to be in Accra, the central region is growing as a destination for returnees and settlers, fish and chips is too small a niche to be successful, jollof and chicken is more in demand.

@@bigjml Have you ever left Ghana to another African country. I’m sorry, Ghana Jollof’s not good. The chicken is GOOD! But not the rice. Even the Nigerian jollof rice is just eh ok. I’ve never understood why ghana is in the conversation of jollof. Senegal has best jollof. If you’re not a well traveled person like me, don’t come and argue and lie due to patriotism cause I’m Ghanaian telling you.

You know I don’t want to sound negative but he contradicted himself at 16:00 minutes. You were trying to tell him having a event space, restaurant and so many things in one business is a lot to manage and he said ( you can’t be a jack of all trades and be a master of none ). This is why I think most businesses fail in Ghana is because business starters are trying to do too much and not getting into fields of business of what is actually needed in Ghana. You will never beat a local Ghana in the food business because road side meals are literally everywhere and they are incredibly cheap and filling. If you come with your western business it won’t be able to compete with local prices and establishments. Me personally I think the diaspora would be way more successful getting into manufacturing goods for those industries. For instance roadside vendors need materials to run those businesses and usually getting those materials are expensive. Oils, eggs, gas to cook with, cooking utensils etc are expensive to the average vendor and those markets aren’t usually saturated. Over the years I see the business come and go because we aren’t thinking outside of the box. We absolutely have to get into manufacturing before even those markets are took over by other ethnicities.

Ghana can’t just survive off of “Detty December” Year of return has passed. People are hungry for that dollar, pounds. That’s why the ghana economy is crashing. I’ve seen too many people from 4 years ago closing shop. We need fufu and better light soup not chicken and chips. English chicken and chips is proper tasteless unless you add some maggi to the better, some shito. I’m not gonna lie to you, alot of jollof in ghana is quite stale(stale means not good). It’s once in a while 1 mama by a gutter is making it right. RARELY.
