Glad to see no moisture in them! Gotta always check preps, I dry canned some oatmeal 4 years ago, started using it recently and it's amazing. Haven't had freeze dryer long so don't have anything to test till next year 😂. But great video!

Do lots of research on brands!!! Harvest rights have the most problems, Cheap parts they use and crappy design. No offense to anyone who has had success with one but there are better brands out there. Like stayfresh, Super high quality build "I have a small one", far better quality than HR!!!! And customer service is top notch!!! Also it's free compared to HR that charges you just to ask a question. So yeah, do research before you pull the trigger on getting a freeze dryer.

Cool. yeah, there are more options now then ever before. I have been very lucky with my HR large. Not a single issue. I do have it on a large 30amp UPS to compensate for the power. And its the EU 220v version.
