Also it’s more so unit variation, so that’s not really qc as long as it’s in their standard range. Unit variation isn’t chifi specific, they just have a larger window.

Yup, unit variation is wild, my Blessing 3 has an extra 5db sub bass boost compared to other Blessing 3 units.

the dusk is virtually old news now already lol, and I'm also pretty much done with the $300~$600 midfi market at this point, the exception I would love to try out in this segment would be your Estrella, though it's gonna be quite some time before I can get a chance to hear it since I would have to see if there's anyone in the local audio community have already bought it. All the reviews & impressions I've seen so far in audio forums are very positive and it only arouses my curiosity further xD.

I don't know if you've noticed it, but lately, Moondrop's releases including their flagships, have been plagued with qc issues one after the other. Makes one wonder what's really going on within Moondrop. It's like as if Moondrop is on that ever so gentle slope that spirals downward. ...By the way, Jay, it seems TRN with their White Tiger, is trying to go toe-to-toe vs. Simgot's EW300. Feel like doing a shoot-out video between these two? 😁
