like it has a local management without forcing cloud. but dont like that it doesn't have a mesh feature (e.g. eap-773 by tplink does), and it's not wifi7. Not to say wifi6e are pointless, it's still fine considering pricing is still half that of wifi7 atm, but it's just not what i am looking for. thx for the vid.

I saw diffent info about the mesh mode in the documentation : In the model overview table is says EWS276 Fit does not have Mesh mode. In the Specification list in the "Fit Managed Access Points Datasheet" it says : Managed mode: AP, AP Mesh, Mesh In the Datasheet for the EWS276 is says : No Mesh mode, just AP mode I am thinking if I should opt for 2x the EWS356 which is only 2x2 but does have the Mesh mode.

I could not find a mesh setting in the software, so considering that it's also confirmed in their description, the EWS276 doesn't seem to support it.

@@SamBondor Thanks for confirming. I have ordered 3x EWS276, they are due to arrive this week. I think I will not need the Mesh mode since I have a wired connection on each AP.

Which is better Ubiquiti U6+ or this?

Purely in terms of throughput, the EnGenius Fit6 Lite did better using the 80MHz channel width, but it does not support the 160MHz one. The U6 Pro does which does put it in the advantage. As for latency, the Fit6 Lite performed a bit better overall and it's also way newer, so take that into account as well. As for software, it depends which one you're accustomed with.

Seems no AP does well in multi-client tests thus far... sorts of makes sense given it's Wi-Fi - what's the best you've seen?

Nevermind, I forgot the other video that said the TP-Link was the best.

@@shaawin Yes, so far, the EAP670 was the best WiFi 6 performer.

The hardware is good but their software is terrible. I regret going all in on their Fit lineup. 😢 Also their lack of mesh support probably has something to do with them going with a different brand for the CPU.
