According to Spector Creative, action figures take 3 years in production, it's quite possible Hasbro was not given Red Hulk material on time for production to begin, later if the movie isn't another failure or if the character is used in another project they will give us a Han Solo faced Red Hulk

If it’s not X-Men 97, the main character of an MCU film, or Deadpool and Wolverine. It looks like they’re not gonna be touching things. I remember Wong being the only cool figure from the Multiverse of Madness wave. They didn’t care about Strange because his No Way Home figure looked way better. Which came out I believe a couple months before & can be used as a infinity saga figure. However, the Red Hulk is something that people do want.

Falcon is a great character as falcon. Steve is great as cap. I'm not really a huge fan of bucky cap either buuuuut...that's what they set up for several movies just to change it.....just because. There's a reason why it had 2 or 3 rounds if reshoots and the addition of all that star power. It wasn't working. Guess what, after all those rewrites, it still tested poorly. I've even read the spoiler synopsis. It's bad. But I'm hoping it's wrong and it will be better. We'll see.
