I dont agree. I absolutely LOVE the sound of a nice Catless Downpipe M4. On videos, they don't sound good, but my god in person I love it. Not saying its anywhere near e92/e60 level, but its like comparing apples & oranges. Two TOTALLY different motors.

M4 looks better than the C63 to me. Except the M4 GTS, i am not a fan of that wing. There are cars where the wing is ok or even cool (R8 V10 Plus, 911 GT3) and those where its just too much (GT3 RS, Performante)

tubejorrit i6 are one of the best cylinder displacement ever. Basically every brand has one model with i6 engines, and many of the best cars from 1980 to 2000 are i6

For price, consumption, power and reliability i6 are indeed the best I agree on that. But there is something about the angry growl of an AMG v8 (but the NA AMG's sound better then the newer twin turbo ones). I don't agree that every brand has or had an i6 engine. VW, Porsche, Audi, Mazda, Honda and much more havent had i6 ever (I think). The M3 with v8 (e90) sounds better then the newer M3/M4 with i6 and turbo.

Even with this Sport exhaust it sounds nice but the MPE is the only real M exhaust ofcourse. Also the M4 looks waaay better than the AMG imo. Both great cars but its an easy choice for me.

I'd pick the M3 CS. Because its like the M4 CS, with extra doors, much better practicality, and BMW are to stop production of the M3 this year, M3's are much rarer too.

clikclikboom123 Yes. BMW will be dropping the M3 completely in August. Sadly it's because of new emissions regulation. The solution is to fit a new filter. But BMW is finding that to be uneconomical, especially with the all new 3 Series coming later this year so instead they are killing it off and then the new M3 will come along sometime in 2020 I think. The M4 is still safe as BMW believes that it still has some time in it left as no new 4 Series is due yet, so they are going to fit in the new filter and keep on selling it. And also it sells a lot better than the M3. Such a great shame because I prefer the M3, it's such a great everyday drivers car with the practicality to match.

M4 CS seems to be a special car and very beautiful.But if you feel that you made the wrong choice then go with what ya feel but its a really cool car in my personal opinion.Its lighter then an regular m4, has a bit more power.I think its a good choice.

Debating taste is a tough one, but for me: I could never own a car that sounds as hateful as the current BMW M3/4. For that reason alone i'd have to go for the Merc. ..and then comes the fact that BMW for some moronic reason decided to give their cars the insta über mega turbo boost, making them a pita to drive. Not many years ago i could never imagine saying this, but it IS a very long time ago that BMW made cars klike the E46 and even E9x M-cars. I have no love for the current M-cars, and would even take an Audi over them because at least the Audi is usable. ..and Audi still provides one great sounding engine in the not absolute top classes, the 5 cylinder. So yeah.. No to BMW, and yes to Audi and Merc.
