Ohh I take the exact same medicine they prescribed you. it’s rye-zah triptan. It works well for me but it does make me sleep a lot and I do get a tingly feeling in my jaw. It is common side effect of rizatriptan. With triptans be careful with them you can get rebound headaches from them. the ondansetron helps the nausea the rizatriptan will definitely cause. Rizatriptan acts like a serotonin hibitor, so it basically just floods your brain with serotonin to constrict the blood flow in your head to basically decrease the pain. I hope over time it continues to work well for you. I’ve been watching your videos for about two weeks and I’m glade I did. I’m able to relate someone on the internet about chronic pain now and I’m glad. Keep doing you!

Thank you for busting your butt to get vlogs done for us. I always understand when you aren't able to, but do miss you when you're gone. I am the same way about wanting to always always be early. I hate having to rush around and then when I get where I am going having to hurry inside. It is definitely nicer to leave early and have a bit of a more relaxed commute. I'm sorry to hear about the bad news on the hip- hoping it ends up healing up and doesn't require another invasive procedure. I suffer from migraines too and actually have been fighting one for the past 4 days... it is driving me crazy. I have a prescription for a med that is similar, where you are meant to take it with the onset of a migraine. The trouble is, I find it near impossible to always know whether it is a migraine coming on or just a headache.

I, still waiting for my diagnosis so I can have less problems and actually love my life, like showering without passing out or throwing up and actually walking outside in summer. Your videos are making me much more positive about my life and my issues that I’m struggling with and I thank you for that so much

I have fibro as well and am 9mo pregnant 🤰🏻 How do you find parenting with it and does your daughter have any symptoms of fibro? I have rotoscoliosis etc so I'm hoping my wee girl doesn't get anything I have and instead is healthy like her daddy but I'm TERIFFIED she'll end up like me 😔 Not alot of what I have is hereditary or genetic, just luck of the draw so she shouldn't get much if anything. I'm the only one in my family with most of my issues.

Some days can be really hard because I want to be able to go go go with my littles but on my rest days I still try to make it fun by doing Movies and popcorn days or crafts, stuff that doesn’t take much energy to do. So far neither of my daughters show signs of having fibromyalgia and I pray they never do. And trust me I completely understand the being scared about your little one developing something that you yourself suffer with, I deal with it daily. My oldest seems to be more like me where my youngest is more like my husband, but I’m hoping that she out grows being like me and my youngest doesn’t start being like me. I don’t want my babies to ever deal with the pain that those of us with fibromyalgia goes through.

If you're into crime drama books then I suggest MJ Arlidge's DI Helen Grace series. It's about a female detective in Southampton (UK) and the female lead is surprisingly well written. I've found that in a lot of crime or thriller books the female characters are fairly one dimensional so I always reccomend this one to people whenever I see they're into those kind of books haha!

Sorry about the volume of comments but was wondering if you're still asking for suggestions for things to watch when you're on your own. My favorite show is NCIS. Don't know if its your thing but if you stick with it for the first two seasons, the end of season two will hook you. You will get to know the team, which is a thing for fans of the show. The boss of the team. Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs will become an enigma and you will slowly become invested in the rest of the team. Just a suggestion! Laita!

LOL. It's Riz-ah-trip-tan. Emphasis on the "ah". I take it for migraines, too. It works really well. Take it as soon as you feel the first twinge on one, and it works in 10-15 minutes. I don't take the wafers, though. I take the tablets, because the taste of the wafers makes the nausea worse. Blech. I usually swallow a Zofran at the same time. :) 💗

I have them chronically and personally only take them when I have to lay down, which is when I can't keep my eyes open and get so dizzy that I can't walk, nausea etc... Everything pain related below that is something I can deal with, it has to get extremely bad before I take anything...which is kind of stupid but I don't want to take them every second day 😅 I hope they'll work out fine for you in the future as well 💕 Also, slightly lost it at the titanic and mustard part 😅 sending lots of love 💕
