Sorry you got a virus as it is hard to get over surgery anyway with EDS. I saw on Rachel vlog she was too sick to go to your games night. She was sad too. I just want to say I completely sympathise & relate to the whole "What if this is my new normal" feeling. I don't have EDS, but I have Chronic Lyme Disease which has caused an umbrella effect. I have so many other issues due to having an auto immune disease & sometimes symptoms of an issue can come out of nowhere & then my OCD kicks in, my anxiety/panic goes sky high & it just becomes such a scary situation. Was it MCAS that they tested you for (or have you already been diagnosed with that)? I'm currently in the works to be tested for it. I'm so glad I found your channel! Sending love & healing energy

Amy just wanted to let you know but there's an app called medisafe it's really useful and sets reminders to take your meds I'm telling you this because I take a lot of medication and often forget but I find medisafe really useful love ya grl keep on going your such a brave person and inspire me to keep going xxxx

My team and I highly believe I have EDS but there is no Geneticist who takes my insurance where I live. I also have a couple other chronic conditions. However, because i really didn't complain about it and no one said anything, I thought I was completely "normal" and everyone had the issues I had (they don't lol). However, I just learned that most people can't put their knee to their chest 😂😊 I'm 22 and I just found out because you said so. I can sit on my bum in a frog like pose with my knees at my ears while being up right so I knew that was a bit strange, but somehow that slipped my mind lol Edit: I feel you with the meds! That's my exact feeling and you gave it words

I finally caught up with you. Do you do anything for cardio or are you able to do cardio? With an artificial hip, I can no longer run but I can still walk, throw the baseball around. It’s not normal for you to be able to make your knee completely touch your chest. I can easily do that too though. But I also have suspected EDS but it has been officially confirmed by a doctor

No but being hypermobile doesn't it's as issue, as long as doing so doesn't cause you symptoms it's fine to be able to do that
