The card being used on my account had to be cancelled and they banned me for not paying for my NEXT PSPLUS SUBSCRIPTION and i can't call customer support because i basically dont have info on the issue.

All you have to do is contact their live chat support and tell them you want to pay the debt to unban your account. Their support is open on weekdays only. When you do get ur account back I recommend going to your account settings under subscriptions and turn off auto renew so it doesn’t take money off ur card. I really wish it was default that it wasn’t on

If it’s the account that banned then you just create a new one but if it’s the console itself then there’s not much you can do because console bans won’t let you connect back to psn servers from that specific console. I would recommend selling it if it ends up being the console

Actually the best way to deal with a chargeback is to contact their chat support and tell them you want to pay for the debt. As soon as it is paid they will unban you. A chargeback is when you attemp to purchase something with a card and the process goes through but the money never does. So there’s ur simple fix

Contact PlayStation live chat support and they will let you know if you can get ur account back. Usually inappropriate id bans mean you just have to change ur id

Suspended means you are temporarily punished, banned means it’s permanent and you’re not allowed to use the service anymore

I got permanently suspended on a group chat where I was sending images as like a funny joke but Being very honest, I didn't even know you can get banned from sending inappropriate images at the time but now since it's been almost a year since my main account got permanently suspended, I wished playstation can just give me 1 more chance because in all honesty, I actually didn't know u can get banned from sending inappropriate images.
