6:40 looks like a combination of several of those giant rom + romhack compilations, already you showed NES, SNES, GBA and PSX roms Each pack has virtually all games for the console in every possible version, not just v1.0 & v1.1 & v1.2 but each of them in every language they were released cause for speedruns and romhacks this is important cause not every version has the optimal bugs and text speed for speedruns or is compatible with a particular tool for romhacks. I wouldn't wonder if this also includes early arcade machine roms (nothing fancy but only only 2d games) and whatnot. I wonder if they did really make the effort of changing the title screen to add a fake copyright mark in every of the 108000 games, especially since these are roms from different consoles it requires a different method for every type of rom (unless there is a tool that just does this for every kind of rom or something).
