im really disappointed that the camera is so similarly shocking close to the iphone 13 pro max and the capture button is pretty much useless

The camera has some new features as well. It just wasn’t enough to justify the price for me. Photographic styles got a recoating. You have AI cleanup as well. The ultra-wide camera went 48 MP.

I went to the Apple Store and they said the desert color is being returned a lot I think it’s because it has a pink hue to it I think the white is 🔥

I feel in a similar way about the iPhone 16 Pro, having the iPhone 13 Pro. I was wondering are you going to continue using your 13 Pro until the next year model comes out? Or you will switch to something else in the meantime?

As of right now I’m using my 13 Pro. It’s such a good phone. But I’m thinking about grabbing the iPhone 16. The base models are so good this year. I might just wait for the iPhone 17 though.

Bro I did the same exact thing! Opened up the package and it was pink beige. I hated the color. Then the phone kept freezing after iCloud restore and would restart on its own over and over, completely unusable. I sent it back and ordered the white titanium. Hope not to have ANY issues with it or it’s going back for good.

At this point, most yearly updates will be evolutionary not revolutionary. I think everyone’s expectations are too high each year. I just upgraded my 14 pro max to the 16 pro max and i love it. I got the White. The Desert titanium color is kinda blah.

Yea that white color is pretty clean! I would have been better suited if I didn’t buy it the hour it came to stores on release day

The camera button you can use or just ignore it , the camera are faster and the processor emits less heat

True. But the “camera control” is one of the main selling points of the phone. Most people are having issues with its ergonomics. Basically better off disabling it. Where it’s located now you actually end up pressing it unintentionally.

@@Treborray even if you disabl ethat .. the big gaop in otter box cover makes its do uneasy to hold the phone... thats the reason i decided nt to upgrade frem 11 pro max to 16 plus

I went to the store to see & use them in person. I felt the same about the desert. It has a pink hue I couldn’t get past. I went w/ the white. I had natural on my 15 pro. Upgraded to the 16 pro max

I wish I would have done that. I went to the Apple Store before it opened. I was one of the first in line. When I get my turn to go in. They said you can buy the phone at 12:45 lol. Mind you the line was only like 20 people deep. They had 40+ employees expecting a big crown but it was small. So I never got a chance to see the phone on display. I ended up going to Verizon. I was in and out in ten minutes. But since wanted to do an unboxing I didn’t open the box there. I wish I would have 😂😂

They’re giving you $1000 for your old phone. I don’t understand why people are complaining about a phone that is free in some circumstances. Why on planet Earth are people talking about taking a phone back, when the phone is significantly better than a 12 and a 13. And quite a bit faster than the 14 and the 15. I think people just like hating.

It’s not ok for people to not like the phone? I gave my honest opinion. I respect everyone’s opinion. Some will like the phone and some will not which is fine. I wanted to love the phone since I have been waiting all year for it to do reviews on. It was going to be a key product on this newly started channel. My channel is mostly Apple products, So not liking the phone threw a monkey wrench in my plans lol. Also this phone wasn’t free for me. I pay cash for my products. Depending on which phone service you have the $1000 offer is deceiving. I have Verizon. They want people who don’t have the ultimate plan to increase their plan by $25/30 monthly for 36 months, even after trading in their old phone.

Yea a lot of people outside the tech world see the “iPhone 16 Apple Intelligence” Billboards and other advertisements. It’s pretty deceiving. We are only getting Alittle bit of it next month. I have been playing with it on my iPad Pro. It’s not much at all until months from now. Some are saying next Spring. I’m like there’s no way !

And plus the price I said let me save some more a try the pro model. Just maybe I don’t need to carry around a big phone anymore. Plus I still have my fold 4 if I want a bigger screen.

I never care about the color, I get the pro max and Im not stupid to have a $1500 phone unprotected because I want to see the color. I can care less about the color its the functionality I care about. If people bring the phone back because of the color I dont know what to say, smh! And this is the first reviewer I have heard say anything about the sound, everyone including myself thinks the mic and speaker are the best Apple phone has ever had. You probably got a bad phone, it happens. You can buy a half million dollar car and drive it out of the dealership parking lot and it could break down, it happens.

I returned mine the next day also the color was way to close to my gold iPhone 12 Pro Max the second reason was I usually buy my phones out right I was trying to take advantage of t-mobile 1,000 deal. They messed up on my account they didn’t even and my trade on the account plus a lot of other stuff happened. The bill was way too high I wish more KZbinrs would talk about those 1,000 deals they are not deals you are paying for the phone in their I priced phones plans. I your phone bill is a $100.00. Dollars or more the price of the phone is included in that. The bill was higher than 2 phone plans that I have from us mobile and visible with 2 paid for phones. Is a hot mess don’t be taken advantage of by the carriers. I will get the phone when available in black and unlocked from apple

You know what’s crazy I was trying to explain that to some folks on the forums. With Verizon they want to raise my bill by $25 for 36 months. So like what did yall even give me for my trade in? Barely anything. It’s a huge scam in my opinion. I didn’t even bother with it. I just paid cash for the phone. That’s a good idea about making a video on it. They are literally taking advantage of people. I don’t know how T-Mobile or AT&T works but on the forums they said I was wrong. So I left it alone. I know for a fact Verizon is getting over on people.
