That's something hitting something... from your other video before it sounds like valves hitting pistons as its timed to the revs. Also sounds like it's the exhaust valves, as the pop out the exhaust is too early. Didn't you check pistons to valve clearance? Probably trashed the head now.

Amazing! 😂😂 I knew you would find this video! From the first moment it fired up you could hear some clattering and then it quickly only firing on 3 cylinders. And now in the latest video it’s been confirmed as valves contacting pistons! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

sounds like its PTV issue. most likely the valves are bent by now. I'd sort out the bent valves and degree the cams as will as measuring PTV after installing them special if you guys used a thinner head or base gasket. or it's piston to spark plug because Honda HRC race manual for this year bike call for a different spark plug that doesn't have a ground strap NGK R0459A-10 and this is Honda PN: 31910-NLR-A31 hope this helps. good luck

My first stop on diagnosing would be the power commander. Y'all had issues with it last episode. From the little bit I could tell it just sounds like the fueling is way off. Start with the simple stuff first before you go for a full tear down. Knocking can also be caused by fueling. I would think a little rattle is expected as well on and engine that's never ran or come close to operating temp.

Well said! I am not a fan of these piggyback tuners like PC or Bazzaz, had one on my 07' Cbr1000rr, did more harm than good and I ended up having to replace the plugs which wasn't too fun on that particular cbr.

I just put an SC Project CR-T on my MV Dragster 800 and BOOOOY that thing is LOUD AF! its an awesome pipe, but it requires ear plugs ALL THE TIME! I've done about 1.2km on it without plugs, then went and lined up custom moulded ear plugs.

It's the pair valve system have you removed the read valves because if you haven't it causes that rattle as you have the blanking plates touching the metal petals in read blocks for pair system

sounds like no oil pressure before i started any engine i primed it you can pressurize it through the oil sending unit or siphon it through the large oil filter hole then pressurize the small one on the oil filter housing its messy

Me and a couple homies Hondas started so the crank no start shit. Cuz the pink wire decided to not send 9v to the fuel pump from ignition switch. The dreaded zenor diode and pink wire curse for these Honda bikes😒. Love the builds man keep it up

Would not call those ram air they’re just air ducks if you had a radius and they were looking forward they would functional a lot better as they are now they’re just going to suck air in the airbox

That's kind of the point though, they didn't want to spend the money to functionally engineer ram-air ducts and then adjust tuning to accommodate the change in velocity logarithmically in the fueling. That would take tens of hours of dyno tuning and multitudes of thousands of dollars to do so, hence why ram-air is an OEM selling feature not an aftermarket modification nearly as much.

Sounds like it’s not running on all the cylinders. I mean it’s a bad sound but small shit can contribute to that. I would check oil pressure at that spot where u was looking for flow. Check to see if all the fuel injectors are plugged up which i know u did or in a different sequence cause the wiring harness got flipped around after taking it of and on. Then would check spark. U got this homie every right to be upset but take a drink think a lil bit and go back u will find the issue. I don’t think it’s mechanical. Or something in the clutch basket is loose.

The motor seems to be out of the correct point. I would double check the timing of the camshafts with the crankshaft. I may be wrong (I hope so)

The 600 hasn't been touched, but they know that 3 bikes was too much, just got deals on them all around the same time. It's going to be WAY different once these CBR's are out of the way. Just gotta power thru. It'll get there!
