to get an unsportmanslike foul in fiba, it comes down to at least one of four criteria: contact that isn't a legitimate attempt to play the ball within the spirit and intent of the rules, generally excessive hard contact, unnecessary contact by a defender in an effort to stop the progression of the ball before the act of shooting, and contact caused by a defender laterally or behind the player who is progressing towards the basket with no other opponent between them and the basket. just because that one guy from serbia didn't get hit in the face by embiid doesn't mean it's not an unsportmanlike foul under fiba rules.

I’ve been saying AD or Bam should be starting over Embiid since the 2nd exhibition game. I don’t get why Kerr continues to start Embiid

He refused to play for France so every time he does anything he gets booed and it's affecting him
@Ash381222 ай бұрын
@Sandel99456 he didnt refuse. He promised the country and the president to play for them and decided to get an easy gold medal with USA. I guarantee if the USA didn't have a crazy team and had a normal team like the last Olympics Embiid wouldn't even think of playing for them.

1992: The rest of the world had only 5 players totally in the NBA 2024: The rest of the world now has 125 players totally in the NBA Seems like quite a big difference, no disrespect to the Dream Team....

absolutely a big difference in competition. And play style. Three point variance is a real thing and can lose you a game on its own
