Fast food is made fast or quickly. That means there is an extra chance there could be mistakes. Also, fast food pays lower rates to their employees than a more expensive restaurant would pay the servers. That means less training and experience of the staff. To sum it up, you get what you pay for. If the food is sloppy or incomplete, do not be surprised. Be happy anyone at all is willing to make food for you.

This is KFC’s best chicken sandwich and worst deal they ever came out with at $7 a pop. They should have replaced their No-Name Blackberry Lemonade with Kool-Aid Blue Raspberry Lemonade iand re-released their discontinued potato wedges which would have taken this combo to a whole nother level.

I work at KFC and the blackberry lemonade is such a disappointment. The blackberry adds almost no new flavor to the lemonade and all it really does is make it more sour. I just want to get rid of the Sweet Lightning for a better Mountain Dew that doesn't taste like chemicals.

You weren’t born when they had them, but before the existing “chicken little” on the oblong bun, they used to have a “chicken little” on a slider bun. They were small, cheap and amazing. This would have been like late 80’s/early 90s. They had mayo on them if you didn’t tell them to hold it. The last place I remember getting them was the KFC at the Louisville zoo when they had restaurants there. Those were the very, very best. He closest thing I’ve had since then is the White Castle “chicken ring” sandwich. You might be able to find info on the original Chicken Little if you google around a bit. I miss them

KFC already released the best chicken burger decades ago: The Zinger Burger. And my personal favourite: The Tower Burger. I really wish you would review fast food overseas and compare and contrast it to the garbage they sell in the US. You have the viewers to hold these companies accountable for the poor quality it is in the US vs how amazing it is in Aus/NZ, Asia, Europe, etc. Trust me. The difference is pretty substantial. Americans deserve to know.

I don't know if America ever did the same chicken burgers as here in NZ back in the 90s, but the best burger was the tower works burger; a full chicken breast, not the half piece the size of a chicken tender they use now, lettuce, cheese, tomato, with a pineapple slice and mayo. They were excellent but even they''ve gone down hill of late and I never saw them the same in the ten years I lived back in the states.

When a fast-food joint can't even get the order right (which happens far more often than it should), I always call them and ask to speak with the manager. In fact, that's why I always take my receipt, knowing my order's possibly screwed up. Then, I usually get a free meal, or a refund. 👍 That being said, I rarely eat fast-food. I typically go to sit-down restaurants, but even then, I'm quick to point out mistakes. If anyone is wondering, no, I'm not a Karen. I'm always respectful about it, but still let them know, because of how expensive everything is these days. I at least expect my order to be correct. That should be the bare minimum.
