The moment a new faction enters battlefield, there are casualties - monster groups, dark matter, council of swordsmen, neo heroes - the only organisation to always have injured heroes but never have any deaths is the hero association. Why? King's luck powers extend upon everyone who is an ally to him. King's powerful luck is capable of manipulating reality and the story to its will. It manipulates the characters and even the top tiers, like blast. The only one that's powerful enough to see through the top layers of king's ultimate aura is saitama, and even he becomes king's friends for no reason, gets hooked on videogames by king and basically becomes much closer with king than he is with any other person in the verse. Now, one last thing... why do you think saitama figured out time travel first try? Why do you think god didnt stop garou before he started explaining the technique to saitama? Why did it work in the first place? Thats right, the king's luck power, noticing that king has been hurt by radiation, manipulated not only god, saitama and garou to revert time, but also both the authors. King legit solos fiction, and there's nobody who could even stand a chance against him.

If we consider king's power to be obscene amounts of luck, then it makes sense king is the one to fall last. Cosmic radiation ionizes, and radioactivity is mostly "random", in that you never know when a particle decays, only the average amount in a given amount of mass. And the radiation flies off in the form of gamma rays, the direction is also mostly random. So if king has stupid amounts of luck, it makes sense the radiation just hits him in between the atoms and it's just a little weaker in his direction and so on. However, the fact that he is still taking damage in spite of his insane luck that even bends how atoms decay, only proves that garou must be one heck of a radiation source, so it's a major amp for garou in this aspect. The power scaling actually proves this, people estimated he is about 400 times as radioactive as the elephant's foot ( the most radioactive object ever recorded ) at it's highest point.

King's luck did reach it's limit as tthe radiation was slowly killing him though king's luck slowed it right down for him to where when everyone else had died, king didn't. If saitama (king's ultimate stand) didn't exist the king would have died off eventually due to cosmic radiation since luck does not equal immunity and that luck cannot be sustained indefinitely. I agree that King stronger than most of the S class, I’m just not sure whether or not King stronger than Tatsumaki at full power. I respectfully disagree with the time travel evidence, as Garou helped Saitama time travel to save Tareo in particular, not King. How I like to imagine it is that King luck powers are a physical Barrier protecting them, but that barrier has limits, the barrier greatly reducing the amount of radiation hitting King but a small amount of radiation is getting through, it making King greatly resistant but it not making them immune. I’m not sure whether not Tatsumaki when their healthy would have a greater resistance to the radiation, and because of that I think King should go in the same tier as Tatsumaki, just due to the uncertainty.

I acrually prefer scripting videos, it's just that I often don't have that much time to make a video, so I end up doing something that would be quick and easy to upload. You may notice all of my unscripted videos are also very lightly edited compared to my usual stuff. The only exceptions to that are collabs with other creators, there we almost never script it, record it together and I usually edit it normally, like I would most other videos. But if the collab is an hour long, then I keep the editing light past a certain point.

I wholeheartedly believe that king has no powers. If he does indeed have luck powers which save him from any situation, why did he succumb to radiation in the first place? Wouldnt his luck kick in before he died? I also believe it would go against the point of his character. King and saitama are foils. King has no strength but gets worshipped while saitama is all powerful but gets nothing. King is a genuine brave guy while Saitama is largely indifferent and callous. It wouldnt feel right if king was also powerful. For all the "proof" that kings luck is "too lucky". OPM is a largely comedic and satirical manga, with plenty of other nonsense in the writing. I think you are expected by One to suspend your disbelief continually throughout the series.
