I watch my Bob like a hawk, he was abandoned when he was a tiny pup, so he got used to eating whatever he could find, including paper…even in the house we have to keep all the bathroom doors closed or he’s in there eating TP

Yip, this happened to my little doggy as well. Her back legs were lame took her to the vet turns out she was as high as a kite. Assumed cannabis poisoning. Darn neighbours!!

Happened when South Africa was under lockdown at the beginning of the pandemic. Cigarettes and alchohol were banned, smokers were smoking anything they could lay their hands on. Was a terrible time.

Aw poor doggo ='( wouldn't have thought that thc could have such a debilitating effect on a dog, they even describe it as toxic but I'm not familiar with what metabolic path could lead to cannabinoid toxicity... maybe it's not actually the cannabinoids but a separate component of the plant? Gonna have to look into this one now -.-

I personally would be finding out IMMEDIATELY where Benny would’ve gotten ahold of the THC & whoever left it unintentionally or intentionally & game over for them PERIOD!!!! He is the reason the dog ate it. It was most definitely the owner’s marijuana. The dog likes to eat off the floor and I’m sure does on low coffee tables so any cannabis left out the dog ate
