Yeah they were a fuckin novelty act, they were 15 year old girls on Ozzfest 💀 Sucks because their heart was in the right place and the metal scene these days obviously owe a lot more to Kittie than they would a band like fuckin POD 🤣

In my opinion, Kittie peaked after Funeral for Yesterday. Spit, Oracle and Until the End were solid nu metal albums IMO.

That's cool. I need to spend more time with their other albums.

I totally agree. I feel like they peaked musically around Funeral For Yesterday and In The Black. They sadly didn't get their dues, because they were women.

Hi John!!! Yeah, i think Kittie was more a novlety act wrapped in this nu-metal label and a record label trying to push an all female band, they reminded me of a couple of other 90's alternative/nu metal bands that picked too early with their first release and never regained that momentum in theor career. Btw i think their band name is really clever and cool contrast with their sound and image too. cheers and be well

Yeah, they definitely had a lot of hype around them, it's too bad they didn't keep it going.
