Thank you! The drawings were definitely a lot of extra work that I'm surprised turned out so well 😁

In the middle of the video I wanted to give you some advice like " choose something you can even do for free, that will be your profession". But it's good to see you smiling and happy with your decisions and choices in the end of the video. Good luck!

I am so happy to have found you channel through the Alphabet Superset, Chris! I might've said this before, but your videos are so well made and your storytelling is on point. It feels like watching a friend discover themselves, sharing some wisdom and tidbits along the way. It's good to hear you're doing better!

Thank you! Honestly, it's these kinds of comments that keep me going! I never would have imagined that people would care 😅

Isn't it funny how the internet makes it so complete strangers care not only about your craft but also yourself for no apparent reason other than ... well being human. I have an inkling that not too far in the future a lot more people will find your channel and care. Give it a few months :-)

Ayup Christian, this made me smile. I dont know which video it was, but i was studying determinism for my exams during one of ur recent videos, and i think i mentioned so in the comment. So really inreresting that you took a look at these ideas. I really like your take...... by becoming aware of how things are out of your hands you can get them back in your hands and make your own choices. However proponents of hard determinism would argue that you are only the person who can make that decision based on all the things that determined who you were at the point you made the decision....... haha. So some people theoretically could never get to picking up the canoe so to speak. Im not sure i think that myself, its just an itneresting thought stream Ill pick up the canoe like yourself By the way, really enjoyed the part where u speak in person, coming out from the narration, it was classy as hell.

Hey! Always happy to hear I can bring a smile to someone's face. Determinism is a really interesting take. I do believe in it quite strongly. It's one of the ways I've tried to forgive myself for the stupid decisions I made when I was younger -- the consequences of which I am still dealing with to this day. The only way we can make different choices or decisions is if we go back with the knowledge we have now. Me from 15 years ago will always make the same decision because that is just who he was. Which is why it's so important to live in the present and make better informed decisions today, instead of wallowing in the past and thinking about what could you have done differently. The only problem is, when you get faced with hard decisions in the now, and start to realize that maybe you aren't a better person than you were before, and you'll just keep on making the same mistakes.
