Tosh was on his way UP and Leppo was a rude boy so the decision was made for Leppo to take the charge and Tosh would take care of him while incarcerated. Tosh didn't do what was agreed upon, Leppo got out and was begging and pressing him, dude set up a robbery and when he stick up Tosh, Tosh tried to use karate and he shot him straight up and proceeded to do the same in the house.
