Their Tyson example was off. Tyson was at his scariest when he trained and didn't do drugs. His last "prime" Tyson fight was mid 1988 against Spinks. After that match Don King got him to fire all of Cus's original team members with no one left to help Tyson keep it together...his next fight beginning of 1989 he was on cocaine while actually in the match against Frank Bruno...he won, but could of easily loss...no footwork, barely any body shots, etc. It had nothing to do with that intimidation factor.

This version of Ryan is wayyy better now, Ref saved Haney multiple times this fight, round 7 should have had at least a second knockdown. Haney essentially just took a knee but wasnt punished for it, Haney was shooting double legs. If a person does that in a normal random undercard it's a TKO. Ryan Is incredibly talented a problem for anyone in the division, funniest and most exiting thing to happen in boxing for a while. ryans defense improved, he used footwork, he was patient, and countered his way to a decision against arguably one of the pound for pound best fighters

Ryan seems to be following the Jake Paul method of boxing success. Make huge fights and sell them by any means possible. The only difference is Ryan is fighting legitimate boxers and is at the top of his game. Which also plays into why he didn't try to make weight. People were going to watch regardless of the belt.
