You do realize people in their early 20's dating high school seniors is quite common right? The second part is also not that strange. Remember, she didn't say he smelled clean, she said he smelled of soap. I don't know about you, but when I clean myself I don't lather myself so much that I'm smelling like soap hours later.
@diannew6066 Жыл бұрын
People in their early 20's who are dating 17 and 18 year olds need to grow up. Not to mention jail bait. I don't think how much you lather yourself has anything to do with smelling like soap hours later. It's more to do with how perfumey the soap is but even that said, hours later sounds a bit too long for any soap smell to last on the body. @@TRENCHESandTREADS

I’m Brittany’s mom. Thank you for analyzing her murder and your audience for watching and commenting. I want to bring attention to carrs previous bad acts as compiled by OAG (DA pro tem in aggravated sexual assault case after carrs attorney went to work in WCDAO). 1994-95: cruelty to animals 1997: family violence and assault 1998: injury to a child 2000: cruelty to animals 2000: burglary 2000: criminal mischief/destruction of property 2002: aggravated assault with bodily injury 2006: aggravated sexual assault 2006: intimidation and harassment 2006: retaliation 2007: “Did commit offense of capital murder. The victim was Brittany McGlone.” That attorney who defended carr in 2007 is assistant DA in WCDAO. The DA should have never touched Brittany’s case and requested DA pro tem like the previous DA did (and any honest prosecutor would in a case of such magnitude). This gross conflict of interest wasn’t known to me until the DA nudged the grand jury to no bill. Carr is the only failed polygraph. I know it’s not admissible in a trial but it was presented to the grand jury.

I am a local that has read everything on this case. Dr G. You did not address some of Jeff Carr’s other violent history and how he taunted Brittany’s family on social media. I believe he is guilty and with his exposure to other violent criminals during his incarceration that he knew to watch Brittany’s underwear to remove DNA. Something is very unusual about this case. The lack of DNA. This young lady was a sweetheart. Not a rebel. Maybe she had sex with a man during her relationship. But it does not mean that she was out there sleeping around with other men. I believe Jeff Carr will slip again and seriously harm another woman if not murder another. Brittany deserves justice and her family does too. I am a frustrated citizen.

Thank you for seeing the truth about Brittany. She was a very smart, sweet and innocent young woman. She had sex with a person after she and Jeff had broken up. To say she did not deserve this is an understatement of enormous proportion. Because we (her family) have held the spotlight on Carr all these years is probably why he hasn’t committed any crimes against women as he is prone to that type of behavior. Our hope, other than justice for Brittany is that he doesn’t do this to anyone else.

No one suspects a conspiracy between Jeff and Chad? I didn’t read all the comments yet. But it seems like a weird coincidence that the one night she goes directly to his house, instead of taking a nap first, she gets killed. Let’s not forget that it was Jeff’s idea for her to go directly to his house. What does he need for her to come over at 5 AM? Why can’t he Sierra after he picks up his grandma from the airport? All they did was go to sleep and maybe have sex. But they already had a pattern when she would go to his house after taking a nap. And then it’s convenient that he has to pick up his grandma from the airport, which gives him the perfect alibi. And why did he tell Chad that Brittany was in the house? What business was it of his? Also, Chad did not have a motive. It doesn’t make sense that he showed up at 7:30 AM to get a check and then just randomly decided to kill Brittany. And what was the check for? Maybe Jeff was still upset about the fact that Brittany had slept with that other guy. Maybe she had threatened to do it again or to sleep with someone else.

Another possibility/ies: 1. (a)He tried to force himself upon her (in the shower-hence, the smell; did she smell of the same scented soap? 🤔). She simultaneously resisted, told him she's going to tell everyone, and/as (b), she escaped past him to her clothing. *BOOM.* He hit her from a blind spot, & she fell right where her clothing was. How would he (Chad) have known she was in the shower? Well, prior to departing for the Airport, didn't Jeff (& Co) tell him (Chad)? 🤔 Unaswered Data Inquiry: Was the Victims hair wet (at all-given the potential weather factor; if it was hot/humid, her exposed hair may have been dry, while that aspect of her hair which rested beneath her (face/other hair, etc.), may have still remained at least a tad bit damp. 🤔 2.(a): Chad crept in & took her underwear. While he was wanking over her (straight up Real Life Psycho style/while she lay sleeping) she awoke, and, repeat (b.). Unanswered Inquiry: Did the stolen underwear smell like him? (That would imply he intended to wash her/his dna from the underwear *&* still be a fkn psycho creep & wank to/on them). 3. He was framed by a close family member (who wanted Jeff, but couldn't have him). Does that latter aspect even *BARELY* fit anyone's general/specific description? 🤔 If so, there yeah go. The general public don't have a great track record when it comes to accusing people. I recently took a deep dive on the Chandler Halderson case. Some people on the internet think his girlfriend was involved in the homicide of his parents. Their evidence? He asked to borrow her Swiffer wet jet and she said yes. She must have known he was intending to use it to clean up the crime scene, right? It's a good thing we use detectives and not keyboard warriors to seek convictions.

@@MakerInMotion Sometimes it is the detectives who reach out to the keyboard warriors (or armchair detectives) for information. In Australia, 1991, a sexual predator was active who had abducted young girls. The police and media called on the public to nominate a suspect. 27'000 men were named (including myself) Of these 73 were charged with an offence. 73 in 27'000 works out to 1 man charged per 370 men named.

Any opinions or thoughts... the case of the missing panties... I'm not convinced of Chad's innocence, especially given the size 5 panties found in his house... but the lack of DNA on them is a bit peculiar indeed... hmmmn... 🤔

Was anyone nearby when Jeff talked to his drug dealer? Odd that the dealer would take the money and not leave the drugs. Did Chad see him put the money under the gnome? Or hear him on the phone? Maybe Kirsten woke up and said something to Chad. Or he grabbed the money after stealing her panties.

Didn't she fucked him? The buyer ?

The drug dealer told the police he never went over there to deliver any pot that day. He said Jeff had kept bugging him on the phone to bring him pot. He claims he told him “Yes” just to get him off his back. I guess he was out of pot? If money was left there and taken with no pot left in return, then Chad probably stole it. I bet he knew that Jeff left money under the gnome from time to time, looked there and found the money then took it.

To me, it certainly sounds like Chad is guilty. I just wish they had enough evidence to arrest and convict him.

I could look this up but I'm pretty sure someone will supply here. If I support on Patrion can both myself and my wife use it at the same time or would that take two accounts?

If you see your mailman, bring the mail to your house every day for twenty years, and then one day you didn't actually see him bring the mail, but it was still in the box.......maybe the plumber brought it that day. It's possible.
