Omg so seriously I am going through divorce after 23 years of marriage. Our 13 year old daughter has been talking about the three of us going on a small vacation one last time together. In April of 2021, he could have killed me by setting four bug foggers off inside the home while he knew I was inside sleeping. He wanted to kill spiders. There have been years of red flags showing his narcissistic traits so the fogging and then rage and gas lighting afterwards made me realize there’s no hope for us. If I get out of this divorce alive, he will have to hand over a handsome amount of money to me. I’m going to decline cruises, camping, hiking, sky diving, well, just about anything he suggests and plans. I hope you don’t have to do a story on me. Kidding not kidding. I gotta laugh to keep from crying. I’m still struggling in many ways. But I’m trying. I’m glad my daughter was at school the day that happened to me.

To be Frank, I don’t think the bug foggers would be any guarantee it could kill you. Ppl that want to commit murder want it to be crystal clear that there’s no chance you survive. Bug diggers might poison you, but you live, this ex hubby goes to jail, not getting the wrath he wanted. If you ever thought about it, it’s very hard to kill someone and get away with it. You have to have an alibi, your cell phone records have to match where you are. You can’t leave any DNA (look at Kohberger). The cops also have to screw up in such a way. Consequences are life long prison time. There’s so many variables involved, that only an egomaniac could think they get can away with it. You commit murder, you’re throwing your own life away.

@TherapyAbuseSurvivor

It's even better when the two friends would be considered 'credible witnesses' (given their history in investigations and law enforcement) and their own unconscious bias toward their friend would have clouded their judgement. Nobody wants to believe their 'friend' is capable of such a horrible, premeditated crime. It's My bet is that _at some point_ the alibi couple 'did the math' and realized that there were enough red flags, that they wanted no part in whatever _could/might_ happened on that cruise... Or they decided they didn't want to be stuck on a budget cruiseline thousands of miles from home with their friend, an attorney, and his first ex-wife arguing the entire time. Getting sucked into drama or having to play mediator is bad enough with complete strangers on the job-- Forget dealing with that foolishness while ALSO being *stuck* on a budget cruiseship, for a number of weeks, with your arguing friends, and nowhere to run. I'd drop out at the last minute too. 🙅‍♀️

It’s impossible to just fall off a modern day cruise ship. Alcohol is nearly always involved. Cause of fall is either messing around on the railings or suicide. Its hard to throw someone off. So if you dont mess around, sitting on railings, etc, you will not fall off.
@annalisegiovanni7032
@annalisegiovanni7032 Жыл бұрын
@michelle collins ~I'm well aware of that. Hence why I said, "Go missing" I'm not talking about the cases where people get drunk and fall off the balconies of cruise ships. I'm talking about the cases where people just POOF & vanished into mid-air.
@michellecollins4974
@michellecollins4974 Жыл бұрын
@@annalisegiovanni7032 suicide. Its the most common man overboard cause. They wait until they think no one is looking and jump from a place where its dark. The cameras don’t always catch them and you sometimes hear increasingly urgent calls over the loudspeaker for so and so to come to guest services now like at 3am. As a cruiser you wonder, will we turn around snd start a search? I’ve never been aboard a ship with a man overboard and ive been on nearly 100 cruises. If a person goes poof and disappears, they have gone overboard. Sometimes people don’t return to the ship from port visits, but the ship knows that when they depart. Unless it is a ship purchased shore excursion, the ship does not wait, full stop, does not wait for latecomers. Theres a whole genre of videos and photos about “pier runners”. Sometimes they make it sometimes they don’t.

And what do some people do when they go on cruises? They dance, dine, relax, and DRINK. He knew that Mickie liked to drink. Sure he did it, red flag: he changed her will, too. Lonnie K. thought he was shrewd with his overboard plans of killing his ex, but his sleazy track record and lies caught up with him. He invited private investigators and a police officer as a ploy. We had one of those balcony cabins, the drop is straight into the sea, no decks underneath, a sheer drop. So it was interesting and creepy to imagine, she was thrown from one of those 5 balconies. Odd he came all that distance, as the passengers were practically all British.

I went on five Island Escape cruises. They WERE cheap and cheerful ! They had great musicians, wonderful shows every night. The food was fabulous and the staff were a delight. The ship was sold off. I treasure the memories.

Great analysis 🧐! For me, it’s obvious who did it 😡. May she continue to rest in Paradise 💔.
