Just some random fyi, the "Go for it, go for it" song playing in the club is actually Mac and Dennis singing. During filming, Danny Devito just randomly started doing the dance and saying "go for it, go for it" during the scene. They decided to make up a song later on to match his lines. They really couldn't afford much for music budget in the first 2 seasons. All of their little background music during episodes was from a free/no copyright library of music. The Biz Markie "Just a Friend" song is their first famous song they used in the series.

One of my favorite facts is that the “Go For It” song that is playing in the club when Frank is telling Mac how he got his wife, was actually reverse engineered. Glenn Howerton and Rob McElhenney heard Danny DeVito singing “go for it, go for it” while he was dancing and then wrote and sang the song on a track to fit what he was saying because they thought it was so funny.

one thing to remember is that there are some inconsistencies and plot holes between season 1 and the rest, since Dannys addition wasn't planned from S2 onward. like Dennis having slept with the waitress in S1 and not acknowledged in S2. i also think the big revelation at end of this season was a quick decision with not much planning put in.
