Did Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Fall Off?

A lot of people seem to think that due to steam charts, but the game managed to hold it's position as the 11th most played game on PS5(where the VAST majority of playerbase resides) for more than 2 months prior to the DLC.

I'm on xbox and to this day I havent been able to play online. It fell off for me for this reason.
