Yes Jc I bought the impacts and saw to cut metal frames (truck frames) (we sell truck parts and use all milwaukee tools battery tools) because no power out in the yard,They are absolutely fantastic tools to use ,I myself have NO complaints and we have used them for years now! We need to up grade our batteries now but really surprised they have been really good to use .I had a Cornwell problem and sent my sockets to there main internet address and called them they give me the right address to ship to them for replacement, they did replace the socket no problem. I had a mac torx socket that broke sent the tool back it was a T55 torx for removing Ford truck bed bolts 1/2 drive sent to there return office and they sent me a 3/8 T55 socket I really dont understand that one at all give them a 1/2 inch drive get a 3/8 drive back ,had to resend at my cost but they fixed the T55 socket ( replaced) no problem after all that I had no dealers like you said and just looked it up on line and sent to mail order replacement. I think you will love the milwaukee products really we love them and impress by them! I live in Ohio no dealers.that I could find.

My experience as a 20+ year mechanic. Never met a snap-on dealer where it wasn't a battle to warranty anything. They will sell you anything for the price of your sole, but I could buy 3-5 sets of craftsman for a walk in walk out, no questions asked warranty. Not any more though as craftsman now is Chinese crap and good luck finding anywhere that has sockets you can exchange. I still cant find anyone to warranty a grearwrench brand wrench. Sad times and now I cringe when I break tools. Glad you have a snap-on dealer you can work with, I bet you've spent thousands with him though. At one time I remember owing the Mac, Mactco, Snap-on, Cornwell and the independent S&K trucks all $20 each a week, could have nearly anything for $20 a week! Glad to be out of that nightmare. P.S. still have a borken snap-on 10mm 6point swivel socket, I gave up on trying to get it warrantied. Love the Milwaukee never go wrong with them. Love the channel.

When I was in the tool business I had a lot of customers who NEVER broke a tool. I also had some customers who brought me something that they had broken every week! I would say that 20 percent of my customers broke 80 percent of the broken tools I took in. That Matco guy went WAY beyond the call of duty to take care of you!

Like everything bout your product review and your experiences with Matco truck EXCEPT...........it be better video with DULUTH TRADE COAT insteaf of the Carhartt. My 3 most complaints bout those is the zipper fail and color fades too quickly and the fabric becomes less flexible and becomes torn eventually. Hope its not the case with your coat. But anyways THUMBS Up on your video.

I also have a good friend who's a Matco dealer, so I can warranty anything I need to without issue. Lastly, i believe you're located in Ohio? I'm located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, so maybe I could come out to see what you're looking to sale?

just subbed! i have one set of sk wrenches. i really like the fit and finish. i think the body of the wrench is better than snap on. they are metric 10mm-19mm. open end and swivel socket on the other end. i paid a good some for them when i bough them. they are in my next video with all the other tools i want to sell off. fort wayne is about a 5 hour drive for me. thanks for the offer on the matco! i am selling off all of my matco mac, cornwell, wright and sk....i have either replaced it with snap on or i dont need it any more.

Now that’s a good day! I have that Milwaukee grease gun. Great tool. We use it to grease our backhoes and everything every else. We used to use a pneumatic grease gun. Worked well but you had to bring the equipment to the gun. Now you just take The Milwaukee to wherever the equipment is. Very convenient.

Great score today JC, You will love that 1/2" impact, I gave my son that exact tool for Christmas last year and he uses it daily with no issues. It is a torque monster. I have the grease gun for the heavy equipment with an add on Lock N Lube tip, awesome tool as well. IMHO Milwaukee has invested a lot of time improving their game with the cordless tools and batteries. Check out "Real Tool Reviews" channel on KZbin, he did a comparison of the Snap On and Milwaukee impacts, also "Knarly Karl" channel on KZbin is a big fan of Milwaukee tools. The Matco experience story was well told and I'm glad you won that round with the warranty tools. The video quality and lighting is a 2 thumbs up for sure, have a good weekend and stay warm !!

I’d put money on the table and I’m not a betting man, you’ll love the impacts!! I’m happier than you for getting them than you are. I can guarantee you will use the battery tools before the pneumatic. I can’t say that battery will ever replace pneumatic but damn they’re nice to have!! That grease gun will change your life! You can set it to 5, 10 pumps or constant pumping, it’s a life saver!! 5 year tool and 2 year battery warranty, Milwaukee can’t be beat! I’m glad to see you got the M word tools warrantied and I’m sure it was a bit of a haggle but it’s done. I’m gonna get rid of my last M word tool this week. I don’t want it so I’m getting rid of it for half cost! It’s not the money but the principal in my matter! Great video as always sir, can’t wait until the next episode of “ what did I buy “!

Well JC it was nice of the Matco dealer to step up and do what he could for your broken stuff, so your not stuck with a broken pile of tools. You will like the Milwaukee fuel impact They have a lot of jam to them, I have some other Milwaukee cordless tools that I use in adidition to the impacts so I have four batteries and two chargers so I always have some batteries charged when some go down after a lot of use,. You will probably use it more than I use mine but the impacts have a lot of jam in them and for what I do they work damn well, I had no qualms spending the money for them after seeing my buddy using them at his shop, and I was pretty impressed seeing them in action If I can make a recommendation to you JC for when your going to use your grease gun, pick yourself up a Lock N Lube, they make a small and large one and they are great when your doing a lot of greasing, no must no fuss clip it on and giver You can see it in use on this video Mike The Disgruntled Mechanic made if you want to see it in use.. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aoWocnV_mbCqaJY Worth it in my mind.

Ah then you already know the Lock n Lube joy of greasing, whoever invented that sure had a good idea, makes doing greasing much cleaner...lol Now you just need some nice weather to go and give them impacts a good go. Idk about their dealers bc we don't have one anymore. But it's been so long since we've had one we had a total of 29 Matco tools broken over I'd say an 8 year period. I contacted them. They sent me a paid shipping label and I got 28 brand new tools back. One was a Lang bc they don't make the ratcheting laminated box wrenches anymore. But 0 complaints with their warranty when you ship them the tools. Besides it taking a month. And it's not bad shit. Not snappy but not bad

I had a great Matco tool dealer that warrantied tools on the spot. The older Matco screwdrivers the part numbers faded off, this was 2000 and older.Contact Mr. Joe,Clay's Cornwell dealer getting those two sockets replaced. He will take care of you.Mac,can send them in to get replaced hassle free.Have a couple Snap On dealers in my area that are bad,my dad kicked one of them out.One reason why was he would not warranty a worn out socket.Told my dad anything worn out is not covered under warranty. His service was terrible too.

that is what these screw drivers were....the ink on the handle lasted about week when i bought them way back when. i sent mr. joe the info on what i needed and i didnt hear from him. i was out looking at a truck and saw a cornwell truck...i got the number off the truck and called the dealer. the mac dealer i found is the one who doesnt work on so many days and i will meet him on wednesday. i never have a problem getting snap on warrantied.

There are the Snap On dealers that won't warranty tools if they are not purchased from them wanting to see a reciept. One was this way in my area, told one guy contact the dealer he bought the tool from or send it to Snap On to get it warrantied. This dealer is dead now for 2 years now,he put a .45 behind his head and commited suicide.Don't know why he did it to this day.Use to have dealer down the road where I live,he was forced out by Snap On and it's not over yet.Wants Snap On to buy his franchise out,he owned his franchise.

I don't understand what's happening with your tools. I'm semi-retired now, and no longer have a MAC (or any other) tool guy come to see me. Since I have a bunch of MAC (and the other three truck) tools, I was a bit put out about my troubles getting some of my tools replaced. I would have to travel quite a way to meet any of them. So, I called MAC and bitched. To my surprise the lady I spoke with told me that all I have to do is mail the tools to them (on my dime) and they will warranty my tools (for FREE) and they will mail them back to me FOR FREE! You would be amazed at how many MAC tools I can stuff into a USPS Flat Rate "if it fits, it ships" box. The Snap-On guy still insists I meet him in the Walmart parking lot. But, that's much better than Matco and Cornwell. Their customer service people can't understand why I can't drop everything I'm doing and drive 60-miles to meet their tool truck...maybe...if they're not running late that day...if he has your tools in stock. I honestly do wish you all the luck with your Milwaukee tools. I thought my 3/8" angle impact and my 4-1/2 Fuel angle grinder were the neatest things ever...until they broke. Now, in all honesty, I've had them for a while and I've used them hard. I can't complain that they did break. It happens to all brands. What has me pissed is what I've had to do to get them fixed. It's been, "they had a specification change for that version model so you have to buy a whole new handle to replace the switch", and "You can't get just that bearing...you need the whole housing". Bottom line: I can't get them FIXED! Now, one Milwaukee dealer did tell me something that makes some sense. He told me that the repair shops that service Milwaukee tools were completely unprepared to work on the automotive-trade tools. Up until recently, 90% of their business has been servicing the building trades and industrial equipment. They are, according to what I was told, still on a (long) learning curve for what parts they should stock. Ok...I can understand that. But, after almost two months, I still haven't gotten my tools back. It might be narrow minded of me, but I think if a tool company isn't prepared to fix what they're selling, they aren't ready to sell to the automotive trades.

If I did a lot of greasing I'd go that direction, not so much so I stick with a foot manual Lincoln grease gun

Hi sir I really like the grease gun I was just looking at them at tractor supply, to much money, I'm a bit like you in that I'm still mad at Milwaukee, I have a 4pc Milwaukee tool set with the niCd batteries after buying 4 batteries at 86. Bucks each it's dead as a door nail and worthless

Man most of the time a Cornwell dealer will break up a socket set to warranty one and just order the one for the set.

i am done with the mac, matco and cornwell dealers around here. my snap on dealer is a true professional....i am not a tool snob (otherwise i wouldnt have all the other brand's broken tools) but it will be snap on for me from now on.

Wowzer, gonna change your initials To R P . had me waiting to see the pocket fisherman or a ginsu knife...... glad you got those tools replaced. I believe your offering yor for sale tools to your viewers first correct? The way you and JW are I'm sure who ever buys them will get a fantastic deal. Sorry I can't buy any but think it would be fun to watch. Maybe ---- Show them, most your viewers would probably see what yer selling within a couple days , a live stream sale of some sort? just saying

you get tired of dealing with the non sense. i was told by the dealer the last time i tried to get these warranted the day, time and place we would meet to exchange them. time after time he was a no showed. i put the tools in a box and replaced them with snap on. i just recently decided to try again. why cant a dealer just be a professional and show up when he said he would and take care of the tools? they are there to take your money and not warranty the tools.
