Cool video! I always enjoy seeing how different people experience warranties. I'm not a mechanic so I don't have the convenience of having a tool truck to warranty my tools. I actually just uploaded a video comparing the online warranty process of Snap-on MAC and Matco and let's just say I'm SHOCKED with the results. One companies delivery was very disappointing; while another company blew my expectations out of the water! I finally received the last warranty replacement yesterday and finished filming. I'd appreciate any feedback or comments you have!

instead of buying fuses all the time. I tore open my meter and put in a mini fuse holder and have it running outside the meter, its super cheap and dont have to always wait for the tool truck for a fuse.

I am buying Matco Tools again after I got a new dealer! I always liked Matco tools but I had a real bad dealer that put me off of Matco completely for a while!

Here's a question! Does your Matco guy have any US made reversible ratcheting wrenches in metric? 17 mm by chance? I have a metric set that I've own for 12 years now. My set was made in the U.S. Rebranded I know. My 17 mm crapped out on me. Was going to get it warranty and my Matco guy was going to swap it out with one made in Taiwan. Not bashing Taiwan tools. I have some in metric impacts. I just want one the same one I have now. If it comes to it I will just buy a Snap On ratcheting wrench instead. Any thoughts on this?
