Soto is NOT going to the direct & biggest rival of the Yankees. Most likely he lands in NY but with the Mets as Cohen can outbid everyone.... And on top of everything is good friends with Cohen.

What I read from this is that, Juan wants to come to Boston and so Boston waited to see what the others had to offer and now it's in the realm of Soto's comfort zone. It can't just be about money! He watches the news and knows how much of a shitetown NY is and actually lived there for a season. Hes coming to Boston
