You can break them if u hit them certain amount of times, just check on pokke's video, there are number above their heads. Now, Blade may not do much damage, but he can hit a LOT of times multiple enemies at the same time, making him perfect for this apoc, but it only shines if u have jade, because thanks to her his fua double the amount of times they hit. So, in conclusion, you break the enemies super quickly, my blade is goated, and thanks to sunday he got a little bit better, sunday's buffs are virtually permanent so all his attacks are always buffed. Holy yappaton i did right there lmao,i just love to talk about bladie

​@sandrogonzalez9063 Enemies on the 2nd node have numbers on them, when you fill the number their break gauge lowers (the gauge is for the entire enemy which is used to get the break buffs unlike the singular breaks) So units with AoE attacks (Jade and Blade in this case) benefit a lot more. Did you not see the numbers on them?

For those that didn't ask, the first phase wants you to defeat summons>gepard>cocolia through weakness break mechanics, the second phase wants you to do as much AOE attacks as possible then when shared weakness bar is broken you kill. I didn't notice the 'Boss Guides' button in bottom left until now, oh yeah the boss also has 9239046 Hp for some reason.

Thats part of how they sell characters, making new content specifically designed for their new characters to excel in. But it isn't good for older characters. I have the full premium dot team lineup. I have them all farmed to pretty much perfect relics, most of the team with S1, and most with at least E1. I made sure to use the dot buff too. And still, I couldn't beat node 1 until I switched to a follow up team instead. That shouldn't happen. That characters fall so far behind that even with investment they aren't useful enough to beat endgame modes.

This has been a major problem for ages, but now that people are realizing their favorites like feixiao, firefly, and acheron are at risk of falling off in endgame content as we make the transition to 3.0, powercreep is getting a lot more talk around it. I do think it’s still fair to talk about this, considering they do still rerun old characters from 1.x. (DHIL had his 3rd run last version with rappa) 1.x characters are having an incredibly hard time clearing, as evidenced by this video- even with signature light cones or eidolons and S tier supports. This is a big problem in a game like HSR, which sells to the majority of players with characters and their design. This is why we have people self proclaiming themselves as “mains” of units. As time goes by, it is very possible that older DPS units will be completely obsolete, that includes all 2.0 characters.

On a lot of teams you should be able to skill or even basic after her ult ends and then immediately be able to activate it again every single time. My Robin is E0S0, but my friend has E0S1 and the difference is definitely at least noticeable if not game changing.

this new apoc boss really highlights some dogshit decisionmaking by mhy in how aggressive they are with trying to push rappa/jade/jy, if you arent able to constantly break the enemies you're literally better off with a team that doesn't have any elemental matchup like jade/blade who can hit the enemy stacks. that and the aggressive bullshit like the energy reduction on hit from tons of mobs and their aoe etc. definitely the least fun boss ever

I would argue that aspect is good design since its not locked just to break teams. If an account lacks break effect members, thats ok. Use aoe members or even follow up members to attack more often and you can beat the puzzle. Gives us options and variety. Good. What is NOT good, is how much health they have. Because even if you solve the puzzle, the health is so massive that it doesnt matter. That I feel is a bit much.

@@blankuser987 Yeah I mean its intentional to make players feel that way so that we pull new characters. But people do prove its possible without spending money and using non meta characters. But yeah, it def requires good skill and smart investments. Hell, someone posted completing the first half with regular Dan Hung. The only invested character was there Robin at E1 S1. But second side, I wont sugar it. They are thicc. Older characters will struggle without strong recent supports. It is what it is. It is why most say when it comes to invest, support is always top priority. Just having an E0 S0 Sunday or Ruan Mei can change everything and transform your mid dps units into borderline meta ones
