Really divided on this one as I already have the Slate VTM and all the IK Multimedia models. The volume balance is not spot on to my ears so it's hard to evealuate completely. Will it end up being a glorifeid eq I wonder? But really interesting plugin. 😎

FYI, You're NOT getting tape compression. This plug-in is the sound of the AD/DA converters. Digital tape was storage ONLY, and did not provide a useable 'sound'. The different models of recorders offered all had different converter 'flavors' due to the early nature of the technology. Bit depths, etc...
