As a RS3 streamer even though I am newer. I find it detrimental to the community as doing what he did. When I become more popular I will do a solid month of charity streams. I work full time I do not need the money. I do it for the love of the game and the community. Very sick thing to do. I hope that others do not donate to a true charity stream.

Was just thinking about this years later and wanted to look back at it, just one point i want to mention that lucas brought up at 26:15 about money in your bank account. That is a real issue, at least for people in america i dont know about the Uk, where if you have a certain amount of wealth ( bank accounts, assets, stocks, ect) you will lose your government provided health benefits. I know someone who is trying to buy a house but is unable to because if they show effectively any amount of money they will lose all of much needed health insurance/benefits/ welfare that they are living off of. I am not saying what he did was right, i am just saying that his reason behind trying to hide the money is correct even though it is technically scamming the gov

On a serious note he fucked up and tried to put the blame on others (probably lied). He did not tell anyone that he struggled to find a link for MM PayPal (suspect as), if he had said something everything would have been all good. It also doesn’t paint a good picture if you decide to livestream when these accusations are being made about you. Now Lucas has created a bad image of himself and also a bad image on the rs3 community.

Going to finish watching the whole video, but as I've already read through most of the twitter stuff prior to this video I figured I'd leave my comment here. I knew he was a scumbag when I found out he rwt'ed for subs, which I tried to bring to Jagex's attention a while back through reddit but nothing was done about it. When I heard of this I just knew he was guilty instantly. How do you just not notice an extra £1000+ sitting in your paypal and not do anything about it???? 1 most authorities wont check your bank stuff and even if they did pretty sure they would be more curious about 3k going into your bank out of no where and less likely to help you due to having the sum of money... all of this seems fishy as hell and i feel like the money has got the best of him. also the money sending to his parents and back would be in recordings on paypal sounds scammy to me and people like this shouldn't have nice things hes a decrease. i will no longer watch anything of his not that 1 persons view matters but people like this need out of the rs community

Though I agree theft, especially from those in need, is a disguisting thing to do, I do think creating a video goes against your disclaimer in the start. I could be wrong here, but if your intention is not to spread hate towards Lucas, this is not the way to do it. If it is the intention, then this video wouldn't stand as any valid evidence... I assume the intention is to bring justice to the case. I can't speak for the laws in the UK, but I'm guessing the idea around advertisement and theft is the same or close to the same as in Norway; luring people to give money or pay for a service or product, in this case a charity, is against the law. File a police report. Take it the legal way.

My intention is to get the attention of twitch, so measures are put in place so this never happens again. There are a lot of people involved who are being associated with the whole thing who had absolutely no idea - this video clarifies their role. I also want to spread the words about the FACTS of the situation. Everything displayed here is a FACT. Nothing is exaggerated, nothing is made up. All the information is readily available on twitter. Nothing is intended to bring hate on Lucas, it is simply highlighting all of his actions. People were confused as to what happened and making assumptions on incorrect information - hopefully the many hours I put into this video helps bring some clarity. Also if you read the disclaimer and watch the video till the end, I beg people not to hate Lucas, and instead put pressure on Twitch. It is no where near as simple as filing a police report, we have contacted fraud officers and they are invesigating. But Twitch has remained oblivious to the sitiuation and that is a big concern. Anyway peace.

I think you're aware this causes hate towards him, you read it from the comments and other social media. :P Twitch should take action against fraud, I'm not sure how they work around these situations though, but props to you for bringing it to light. If fraud/online crime is investigating, that should be it, really. Justice will be served as intended.
