The only bad thing about the 80’s is that they ended. I was a teenager for the decade and it was amazing

I was born in 1980 so I experienced them from start to finish but I was but a child. I sometimes wish I had been born in the early 70s so as to experience the 80s as a teen. But being a Xennial (as opposed to a true GenX) is great too.

The 80 s were great. I was a teenager. I remember this band, Europe. And all the music of this décade. Best wishes from France ❤

The next Europe song should be "Cherokee." To me, it's a total banger, and it's criminally underrated. It also has some historical references as well.

"Maybe we'll meet again, somewhere again." Those lyrics have been punching me in the gut since I was in high school at that time. And in a way, those lyrics hit me even harder now than they did then.

Always been happy that I grew up in the 80s. I was late teens early twenties during that time and it was great. One of my friend's daughter asked me what it was like growing up then and she had a hard time understanding that we grew up without cell phones, without the internet, and that we had a great time doing it.

Hey Phil, as long as you can keep your lady laughing, don't question it - just go with it! The alternative is yelling, hahaha. Seriously though, I had a good laugh when you caught yourself repeating yourself, but when Sam started laughing I laughed harder... one of those comedic contagions, lol.

Its good to see you reacting to Europe again finally but there is also a very good Swedish 80s Rock band called ''Treat'' (called little Europe, little brother to Europe) sadly they didn't get so much Attention as Europe did in Europe and United States back in the 80s but they get pretty big in Swedish billboard with there famous songs: Rev It Up, We Are One, Conspiracy, Best Of Me, World Of Promises, Party All Over, Too Wild, Get You On The Run, You're The One I Want, but their best songs is ''Rev It Up'' thats for sure and there is a music video of it on youtube but i prefer the studio album version and atlast im pretty sure you guys gonna like them too

I like I like Europe however the final countdown has been overplayed too much in my opinion so I don't listen to that particular song as much as the rest but as far as the '80s goes yeah it was pretty good I mean we had our bad stuff going on too but you know we were coming out of a extremely dark time in our country and the races were starting to get together and hang out and have a good time The music was great regardless of how quirky it was and tolerance of others was pretty good as compared to today where our tolerance if we have any left is low as far as music goes I've been thoroughly disappointed with it and it seems like we're reverting towards the same dark time that we had left from the '50s and '60s and that's not good
