in Fred's room there is more wreck it ralph easter eggs. There is real life size armor from Hero's duty, where ralph goes to win a medal. Also on right corner of statues with Satan there is green arcade robot who was also in villian meeting in wreck it ralph.

You actually missed an Easter egg in the police station. When hiro and Baymax leave and it pans to the scene of the tape hitting against the door if you look at the right side of the police officers desk you can see a portrait of the female security guard of the dog pound in the movie BOLT

Here’s a fun Easter egg. In Fred’s room there are a few arcade cabinets. The one called District 51 is a reference to the 1993 light-gun arcade game “Area 51”. The cabinet in the film even looks similar the the real life game!

Actually Big Hero 6 wasn’t set around an alternate future because it’s adapted from the original Marvel Comic Book of the same name and San Fransokyo isn’t futuristic it’s based on San Francisco California USA and Tokyo Japan so it’s set around the same year as it’s theatrical release
