As far as I know, both have to sign OR the father would have has to give up ALL rights to the child for the mother to give the baby away. But in that first story, nothing in that whole story made any sense. In the end she said SHE was harassing HIM. I just don’t get her at all. I think she was backed into a corner and lied about everything just to keep him. I don’t believe he threatened her at all either. I think she wanted him and kept her lie going and thinking he would come back to her when he got out of jail. In the second story, I kinda feel bad for the girl in a way because she knew he wanted children abd probably would have done almost anything to give him a child, hence the lies because she really loved him. HE just wanted to be a player I think. That brother of his wanted a running partner so he kept saying”she lied tho” and kept THAT going so his brother wouldn’t go back to his wife even tho he already said he forgave her and they were trying to work things out, UNTIL the brother kept in his ear about her lies. I didn’t appreciate that brother of his at all.!! It was none of his business. Maybe if the two of them relaxed a little bit, she would get pregnant.!! Yes she wa wrong for lying but I honestly feel that she was trying to make him happy. Such a shame. And ya know, maybe it was the guys fault that she couldn’t get pregnant. In 2013 this happened to me.. Engaged to be married.. I was conspired against by the ex and her mother. Her mother is a lesbian ( not a homophobic slur) and her mother Tracy wanted another child but couldn't.. So my ex Jane agreed to get herself pregnant and Tracy to raise my son.. So she pissed off the face of the earth I found out in 2015 that indeed I have a son..Billy.. Find out that Jane sold her own son for 5k to her own mother... Absolute evil incarnate. Bill is 11 now.. they rarely EVER let you walk out with your baby after it is addicted, as well as you. I had a friend that was addicted to drugs. After the hospital helped it as best as they could and gave her instructions as well as her family instructions on what to do for the child so that it can continue to get better,, they let her leave with it, but it only lasted maybe a month not even before cps came and took it. Then she had two more children who were born addicted and both were immediately taken away once they were born and she doesn't care for them. Her mother - who is my mother's friend - has taken custody of each of them. I knew that lady's story was a lie the second that she said three months.

In Vermont they won't always arrest a woman for having drugs in her system- they are afraid women would choose not to get healthcare for the baby. Instead they offer treatment for the moms.

Both of these are a trip…but the second one? Just go and live y’all lives. She lied about EVER being pregnant 3-4 different times. 2-3 miscarriages and she was “currently pregnant” on the show. He came out saying “this time there ain’t going to be and smoking or drinking…we’re going to carry this baby full term”. That young man was stressed and being played like a yo-yo. “He’s getting further away lemme say I’m pregnant to bring him back in”. She’s 21…that means she’s been doing this for most of their relationship/marriage. THEN she moved away cause she couldn’t stand the heat. Not saying he’s right for cheating, but I definitely see how they got there

Second couple. Her lies made him re-evaluate everything, and well, yeah, what else will someone lie about when they repeated the drama and everything about it at least 3 times. She broke trust, and she does not have the maturity required for a relationship, let alone a marriage. Value , life/relationship goal wise, they had differences, and she just wasn't prepared to be honest with herself and with him. I can see why he chose to end it. Good on him..
