3:09 when you jump up there is a part on the right lava tube if you have spider legs you can hover and not take much damage . Then there is a room in the left tube with another record and hidden strong ac.

Passing the 2 tetrapods, going up instead, you'll find an elevator, take it to the top and there you'll find a wrecked AC and his combat log, you know, it's free lore.
