I kept praying that God would take my young adult son’s terminal cancer away. He didn’t but during that time he grew closer to the LORD and so did I. At the end, I was just praying for God’s will and not mine. He died 3 1/2 months ago from the cancer. Never hurt this bad. I thought several times of Jesus on the cross and how they crucified him for no reason. It grieved me terribly. My son’s spirit is with the LORD. My heart is still devastated but grateful he is no longer suffering 🙏❤️

@@susannorman409 My father was a follower of Jesus and a very wise man. He and my mother raised us up to believe the Gospel and the Bible. We spent a lot of time in church. There are three of us. My father told me before he passed away that he believed God’s promise that if you raise up a child in the way he should go then when he is old he will not depart from it. All three of us had walked away as did my mother after Dad passed. But my Dad believed that God would bring us all back. I’m in my mid sixties and the youngest and God called me back this past year when I wasn’t even looking. I’m so grateful for His patience and grace. I shared it with my sister who is 70 and she also repented and turned back to God. In turn she shared with our mother who also confessed her repentance and need for Jesus and is trying to get well enough to go back to church. Only my brother remains and next time I see him I plan to work on him but I keep praying. I know that my father’s faith in the promises of God mattered. I know that God keeps His promises. Trust in Him. You may end up like my father and not be around to see your loved one return to the Lord but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. In the meantime I suspect that my father, who I know is with Jesus, probably has been informed!

Until he discovered and was seduced by girls and drugs (during teenage days) got mad at God when that bottomed out on him and God didn't resue him..either did i..i just told him to keep looking for TRUTH..I'm here, i love you. But im not your savior..Jesus is.. he's been angry ever since.. But God's promises are TRUE, so my son will be back..hoping he does that sooner, rather than later.. Me, I'm praying for all our children..
