Did You Just Find Your Tribe?

The Duratus Inner Circle is a group of like-minded leaders, who regularly meet online to discuss their ongoing projects, goals, and problems they're dealing with in their busy professional lives. Several times a year, they also meet in person to touch base, escape from their fast-paced corporate lifestyle and take on adventurous challenges together as a team.
Recently, Duratus founder Garry Banford arranged a group meetup in the Scottish Highlands, where the Inner Circle members tested themselves against some of the UK's toughest mountain hikes. This included a hike through the Lost Valley on the slopes of Bidean nam Bian in Glen Coe, and a winter ascent of Britain's highest peak, and the most famous Munro in Scotland, Ben Nevis.

A good person only wants to help others and is selfless and thats what I see I never had brilliant leaders like this. More and more people need to learn the art of caring for others and adventure and to see growth and bonding in this rather unhappy country.
